European roulette (single zero) has the lowest house edge of 2.70%, followed by American roulette (double zero), which has a house edge of 5.26%. For triple zero roulette, the increase is even greater, with a house edge of 7.69%.

Does that mean three 0's on the table, or that is just an actual bet type?

The triple zero roulette wheel is split into 39 equal segments. On the roulette wheel, 36 regular numbers alternate between red and black. There are 3 additional green segments; 0, 00, and 000.

The best version of online roulette, is French live online roulette. Mainly for the following reasons:

• La Partage - French Roulette includes a feature called La Partage, which permits players to recover half of their losing bets when the winning number is 0. This rule applies only to 1-18/19-36, Red/Black and Odd/Even bets. For instance, if you place a $10 wager on Black and the result is 0, you will lose your bet but receive half of it back, amounting to $5.
• The Martingale System - Although this method is far from perfect, it works more effectively when you can start betting (can be done only with a live version) after you have collected enough data - i.e. the results of the wheel. In combination with La Partage your chances of winning increase. But you have to remember - the Martingale Method does not work effectively in the long run.
