Nice guide ValDes!You said in your guide that we must check the casino before playing our money there!Well,I have done this with Goldbet casino,I checked it on askgamblers and everything seemed to be ok!But after I played and won some money there, they asked me for identity documents to be able to withdraw!I sent them the documents and they closed my account! With no reason! So,I think even the casino seems to be ok,not in the rogue list, you may have some problems!

Hey Bogdan :)

As far as I remember you were accused by the casino that some of your documents were fake but it was two months ago and I might be wrong. Anyways, if you think the casino is not right then I advice you to submit an official complaint against them in front of LGA. This is the link  - https://www.playresponsibly.org.mt/complaints.aspx

As for my guide and what's written in AskGamblers as a whole, I would like to remind you that what we are trying to do here is to advice people and provide them with enough information regarding a particular online casino. All the rest, including the choice itself, is only yours! ;)

I am totally agree with you ValDes!Also I didnt submited fake documents! Why to do this?to not receive my money?the documents I submitted were legal and I used them for other casinos and forex brokers and they accepted the documents!I submited a complaint to LGA and after 1 month they replied to my e-mail and told me to sent an e-mail to another adress that they gave me!I done this but no response so far!

Don't worry, they will respond eventually. Unfortunately, LGA is known to be not one of the fastest when it comes to player's issues, but at least they are doing something...unlike many other licensing jurisdictions like Curacao or Costa Rica for example! ;)

Ok so I know this is probably something I should already know and I'm probably being a tad bit lazy by not googling it but my excuse for that is I trust Valdes' response rather than googles ....but tell me who are LGA?

The Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LGA) is a public single regulatory body that is responsible for the governance of all forms of gaming in Malta.

List of all online operators licensed by LGA here - http://www.lga.org.mt/content.aspx?id=86949 (Look for Class 1 to 4 for casinos ;))

Then just keep sending them e-mails again and again...until they finally reply. ;)

I was forced to wait almost three month for an answer from these guys once. But when the case started eventually, the whole procedure was pretty quick to be completely honest and ended in just a few weeks... In my favour! :D

I always consider reading reviews as a reliable source for me, whether I am buying a product or acquiring a service. So, for choosing trusted online casinos my advice it to read reviews, or join a community and ask people.

Sounds reasonable, but you forgot to say what the rookies would do with all the player's reviews if they don't have a basic idea of gambling language like bonuses, payment methods, withdrawal timeframes and so on and so on... ;)

Well, most probably would sit and wait for you to explain them what a casino bonus is, how does it work, what is wagering requirements, how to cash out from a casino... and so many other trivial words that we are using when talking about online gambling, but newbies still have trouble to understand correctly. :p

True! But I remember when I was trying to figure out what wagering meant. I remember valleys trying to explain it to me and my mind was just shot! You can imagine Valdes can't you? You know what I'm like!

And that is why I have written all these guides, my dear! ;) To gather all necessary things a newbie is supposed to know in one place, so that he/she is not forced to roam across the internet searching for all these things here and there.

Searching on the internet and getting a lot of results is overwhelming when you can just get it one place, here :p
