What is your best strategy for slots?

Reading someone's post just now got me thinking! 

When we think of strategies, we're often referring to games like Blackjack and Poker, but what is your best strategy for slots?

I mean, do you even have one? And do you set yourself any rules like I'm going to do X amount of spins on here. 

I always had a few golden rules:

1. I would always start on minimum bets and raise once I started winning.

2. I would never leave a game on a win. I would only leave a game on a dead spin. 

3. Once I reached a certain balance, usually less than £3 I would only play certain games

I stick to a slot until I get 200x plus hits or multiple hits that gives me a value of 200x the bet size.

Gotta say...the last two months have been nearly impossible to achieve this in reference with first two months that is.

I speak for some / most of us when I look at winning scrnshts ...

if you're very lucky, for real, then x1000 wins come daily it seems.
