As Belgium is not mentioned in the Terms and Conditions, linked to from the Registration page where I had to click a button to confirm reading them +
the fact that on the same Registration page next to mobile number '+32' -Belgiums international country code- is prefilled, I was being misled, intentionally or not, to open an account, deposit and play with the best of intentions following the law and Betonred's Terms & Conditions

With this information in mind and following the pre-complaint steps to be taken by myself in contact with Betonred I want a total refund of all my deposits, a closure of my account being confirmed by Betonred following details that came to light which restrict me from opening an account here apparently and Betonred from letting me open one + adding Belgium to your Terms & Conditions as restricted tout court + a landing page like my friend received after my referral

Following I send support an email (like with Zencasino)

Two weeks ago it came to my attention that I have been swindled as a resident from Belgium who was allowed to register at Betonred, deposit here -for a total of €500+- the following months without any red flag from the casino when two weeks ago the long con set out by Betonred came to light and exploded in both parties' faces.

I send a complaint + what I believed woulld have sufficed to see Betonred resolving all aspects of the illegal practices which were still in effect.

Two weeks was plenty of time.
I received no answer/update/nor my deposited money which I couldn't and wouldn't have deposited here following the fact that Belgium denied Betonred Belgian gamblers by restricting us from registering here.

I ask, no I demand clarification and a specific timeframe in which my reimbursement will take place!
If I receive no reply now Sunday, at the latest, I feel that the disrespect has had it's moment.
Betonred forces me to take action via all major affiliates and their respective complaint procedures.
This will be followed by official complaints, which I will demand our dear family friend, an international lawyer, to concretisize and communicate them to firstly the Belgiangamingcommission and secondly all international entities with influence, impact and whom csn help way on the online gambling in it's hole but now thus Betonred specifially.

I look forward to hopefully no answer if I'm being honest. This will be the 2nd time one of the bad apples in the online gambling world gets what it most defenitely deserves.

After 2 reminders -you can't let go in these cases- I received the following answer and 3 days later all my deposits @ BetOnRed done, were returned to my Mifinity account...+- €480.
