So...

I have reviewed Instaplay.com and Smokace.com, which you will see when you see it.

I'm having trouble with live support on Smokace.

Apparently she wants me to ask the one who reviews to give mine prescedence.

Favouritsm...I don't like and won't do that.

Still, thing is...even with my own screenshot from review page and the email send she refuses to give the gift.

I told her AG people are real busy this time of year, thanks to initatives like theirs and it could take upto two weeks.

Can't reason with her.

Is there an answer we should provide or is this normal way of doing business?

I’m not entirely sure what you mean, this is the live chat at the casino? What exactly were you asking for?

Well Smokace has this offer:

1. prove with scrnshot you voted and get 100fs

2.prove you wrote a review which i did with these prntscrn's.

 

The 1st one went without fuss.

The second one, well they def want a prntscrn from  the review posted.

Not the the pieces of evidence I delivered

 

I told the live chat that reviews are way behind: from 14 days up to a month.

 

That's when the support agent said if it isn't posted between X and 96 hours I should contact support here at AG, explain situation and that AG's support has to give priority to my review, hence insinuating favouritsm.

I declined to to that, s is normal I think.

 

But in doing so, they aren't giving the 100FS.

Unfortunately this isn’t true. Reviews are published in date order and there are no exceptions for casinos that are running these promos. What date did you post your review?

06∕04∕2024 .... give it some hours and it'll be 10 days now.

As you can see in the thank you email I'm addressed with Jeanke08, which is not transparent, as I use jan duchau and janduchau at Forum and as username at casinos...mostly

Okay, there will be a few more days waiting I’m afraid as I don’t think they are up to this date yet. Maybe try explaining to the casino that we have a back log currently and see if they’re any more helpful.

EDIT: favouritsm asked by Smokace from my and AG's end .

We have no control over how the casinos run their promotions for these AG Awards, they are not arranged with us. They run them independently so there is not much we can do our end.

Well I’ll check, but as far as I know, the casinos arrange these off their own back. So unless AG has arranged this and not told me. I’ll check tomorrow to confirm. 
And if we haven’t, then I’ll be requesting that the casino remove this sentence.

@jan duchau Thank you for the info you gave me about SmokeAce, I have checked and the promo is not arranged with us. I have requested that the sentence be removed from the site and we will make them aware that reviews cannot be prioritized. Unfortunately, it does mean we will just have to wait until your review reaches the front of the queue.

If I were you I, would check other casinos from same group.

At least one has copy paste promo running, with that collab sentence.

@cocopop3011 The reviews that I posted in March have still not been accepted. My reviews were posted between 24th to 28 March. A few reviews of Smokace casino have been accepted which were posted on 31st March. I was told reviews are accepted on a date basis. Why did AG team jump these reviews?

Let me clarify something. I have not written review for Smokace casino. I have written reviews for Stelario, Wintopia, 77spins and let's lucky. One bonus review of Barz casino too.

I’ve spoken to the team and they are still working in date order. Unfortunately some later ones fell through the net, but this was an error. They will come to yours 😊
