@Slotfather408  Oh, one more thing...is your winning 8.2 Btc OR 8.2 mBtc??? Get your facts correct please!

8.2 Btc = $49,556.80 x 8.2 = $406,365.76 !!!

So, what you should have indicated is 8.2 mBtc instead. That's one more mistake from you, so don't repeat it please.

You know at this point they can keep the account. I just want my winnings. I have deposited thousands with them. They can give me my little 8.2 btc.

i would think that a issue between game provider and distributor, would fall on them to work out as far as business dealings. Since when does a problem with services fall on the customer. I should be paid and if there is a issue that should be for them to hash out

I'm human bro and mistakes are part of learning. I understand you have alot of insight in these areas.. but if you would refrain from talking to me like I'm your child ..

@Slotfather408  I'm taking a lot of effort in doing and telling you all the things I've said for one main reason, and one reason only...to make you understand that simple human mistakes can be very detrimental when dealing with any adjudication matter, in filing an official complaint against a casino, and even in elaborating your story for clarification purposes!

I want you to do the right thing, and the right thing only! Avoid making silly human mistakes by checking through everything first!

Yes, "but I'm only human, and humans do make mistakes" is a very common saying and excuse, but it is totally unacceptable in any official matter! So you simply cannot afford to make silly human mistakes when dealing with casinos.

Sorry mate, but I'm not trying to treat you like a child, much less like my own child, because it's for your own good and for your own learning process and experience. No one can become a better person if not through learning from the various mistakes made before! I should know because I've gone through all that and even more!

Hi ya'll,

Sorry for the slow reply and @Fiekie247thank you for the tag : )

If you could PM me your username @Slotfather408 I'd be really grateful. That way I could look into this better and see what's going on.

But as others have pointed out here as well, you saying you're an addict is causing huge concerns for me. It causing concerns to the point that this will end up in me going to close your account for responsible gambling. Sorry but I cannot take any chances here. Admitting you're an addict is bad enough and despite the claim that "I can afford it" sadly doesn't make a difference. You can maybe afford it right now, but that doesn't mean you can in the future if you're an addict. Addiction doesn't stop when the money runs out. That said, I have the outmost sympathy for any addict and I strongly suggest you seek help for it.

This however will have no bearing on the outcome of the topic for this thread. If we've made a mistake I will of course own up to it and sort it out, so I'd be really grateful if you could provide your details so I can look into this. If we're wrong, I'll honor the potentially outstanding funds but after that (if applicable) I will have to close your account. It's nothing personal, but if you tell me you're an addict, I cannot allow you to play here.

Thanks Olle. I established very early on in this topic that the best direction would be to release funds (if there is no dispute on the game reviews) but to do so the OP would need access to his account.

I trust the OP will now message you instead of having to use AGCCS.  @Slotfather408 please now do this.

Even if you replied tomorrow, that would have been fine, but you always respond within hours, however If I tag you, I normally send you a PM to make sure you receive the message.

Thanks again for you quick response...

BTW @OlleBitStarz When is Bitstarz sponsoring a screenshot contest? I would like to win another IPhone 13 Pro Max! 😜

You can close the account that's fine. However, with all due respect I would like to have my winnings deposited into my account. I have already discussed this with nick.

I don't even know owvwho you are older. Secondly I  think that the word addict is being to heavily referred to. You can be addicted to something,  but that doesn't mean that a person is putting up all of his belongings. Or selling his house just to do so.the funds I spend are earned threw hard work. Terminology and the understanding varies from culture to culture and ethnic groups. So if I used that word that seems to BE the catch all here in the gambling world it is being taken out of context

Hi there,

Thank you for providing your username so I could get a look into what was going on there.

So, we got a message from our game supplier who made the game that you were playing, who said that there was a bug in the game where players were able to bet 0 and still get winnings (which as something you did on their games). When it comes to game malfunctions, all bets on them are void.

"4.5. Should the user become aware of possible errors or incompleteness in the software, he/she agrees to refrain from taking advantage of them. Moreover, the user agrees to report any error or incompleteness immediately to BitStarz.com. Should the user fail to fulfill the obligations stated in this clause, BitStarz.com has a right to full compensation for all costs related to the error or incompleteness, including any costs incurred in association with the respective error/incompleteness and the failed notification by the user."

In this case, we voided your winnings due to the above. There was an exploit in the game and you kept playing it 😕 thus the winnings were void. When you're able to bet 0 dollars and still get winnings it's (for me at least) clear that something is not correct. There might be other cases where a malfunction or exploit is less obvious but in this scenario it's kinda not to me...

But after this I can also see that your account is already closed due to concerning statements of RG character....

So in this particular case, I don't believe anything additional is owed 😕

Thanks for clearing this up Olle.

That is unfortunate,  because I didn't know that the game had a bug. Nor did I purposely attempt to take advantage of or exploit that. My bet was set on an amount on the game.. and each time I hit the spin button money was being deducted. And like wise when I gained. I don't understand how I was to know something was wrong when I was going up and down. How is a player supposed to report or stop his play if everything looked normal. I understand policies are established in an effort to cover all foreseeable instances , likewise to prevent players from intentionally and purposely exploiting these kinds of situations. However , when this happens to a player unexpectedly,  and he IS NOT aware of it , that means he must forfeit his winnings. This clause in which you stated , was the reason for my winnings to be taken, and your statement insinuates that I was fully aware of this. And I will tell you that , if this "BUG" affected my game play, and depicted a zero bet on one end. It didn't on mine. And I was unaware of this. I know that no matter what, bitstarz has made there decision,  and the player is in the wrong. For something beyond his knowledge or control. And obviously blaming me for yours and the providers err. Thank you for your feed back.

@Slotfather408 Please refrain from sending me PMs saying I was rude to you.

There is no where in this topic where my replies were rude. I tried nothing but to help you from the very first post. Neither did I insinuate you had an addiction at any time, in any post. I asked you to establish what you meant and that is all.

Neither did I insinuate that you knew there was a bug and kept playing.

So in future, whether you choose to remain in our forum, or in any other forums, I suggest that you don’t rudely message Admin staff that are trying to help you which is all I ever done from your very first post.

I consider the matter closed.

So you blindly believe, if this is all true, that the supplier really saw a bug...afterwards or??

Maybe it's the player's obligation, deducing from your T&C's, to report seldomely players will be aware of bugs and keep playing.

But these T&C's read as only one party can benefit / exploit if needed...the casino and the supplier.

This is the world upside down vs reality.

The supplier admits a bug, refund all money to all players who were playing in the period before finding out yourself.

Abusers will show up on your servers as having bet 0 but gained.

I find this all to Handy to get away with incompetence and being confronted with a huge payout.

@jan duchau you have completely taken over the forum with your opinions and it's a good thing only if you are providing some valuable input instead of instigating a member. The casino rep clearly explained what happened in this case and the OP had no problem in accepting the outcome as they knew they were wrong.

Slots having bugs and loopholes is a very normal thing and players have been taking advantage of it. There are players who have taken advantage of it and some have accepted it as well, on our forum too. Some get caught, some get away with it.

There’s no royal highness in here (well except me 🤣) we are all equal. You weren’t just rude here yesterday, the way you also spoke to me did not adhere to the forum rules, hence the reason why I reminded you to watch your tone.
