Slotamba issue

They didn't say how but they send me emails often with bonus offers. I am sure if I goto live chat again they would say the same about investigating and that would be the 3rd time in contacting them.

If I'm in @Flatzem shoes, I wouldn't bother going to AGCCS, simply because that 14.5 EUR is not cash money but bonus money. If Slotamba decides to reinstate that amount, then the unfinished wagering would be reinstated as well. Might as well just wait and see.

dont care about wagering cause the 14.50 will just use on some slot perhaps even gold blitz extreme again since have a 5x multiplier for the next bonus game and maxed out major and the mega is at over 450. any wins on that could be used for the current ag contest where top 7 get paid.

it has now been 235 hours since that win on 23:04 13/01/24

and not yet resolved. Imagine if it was not "escalated" how long would that then take.

at this point I just wanna see how long it takes them. maybe 300 or 400 or 500 hours will see. Will keep this updated every now and then.

no best customer service awards for them.

With Gamomat games no longer available for play at Slotamba, things are beginning to become more dull with each passing day. I can only play on my 2 favourite PlaynGo games, but also have to play other non-favourite games, just to pass the time and lack of choice. SIGH!

However, I find the Reload Bonuses from Slotamba very attractive indeed, being either 200%, 250% or sometimes 300%, but what sucks is the maximum withdrawable winnings of only 5x the Bonus amount.

Eg, a 50 EUR deposit with the 3 different Reload Bonuses above would have a capped withdrawal amount of 500 EUR, 625 EUR and 750 EUR.

WHAAAT? What the heck! That's still a lot of withdrawable money to me, so I'm not going to complain about that lousy 5x cap. If you're also not a big spender, then you should enjoy those wonderful Reload Bonuses whenever you get the chance. 😉

Possibly due to maintenance or an upgrade procedure, but they didn't say the provider has been totally removed though. Honestly speaking, I wouldn't be surprised if they do remove Gamomat games in the end.

I had difficulties submitting my documents for verification at Slotamba Casino's website.

Firstly, the auto verification system did not accept the photo of my passport, indicating it doesn't show all the details required - how the helll can that be???!!! What more details does the system want to see in the standard Govt issued passport??? A naked selfie???

Secondly, the photo of my bank account was accepted, but the photo of my Skrill account was initially accepted but later failed! I cannot submit a new copy because that failed one doesn't get deleted even after I tried deleting it...one more STUPID auto system!!!

The verification process therefore hangs and I cannot make a withdrawal claim!!! Just as what had happened at Flappy Casino earlier!

I reported the issue to their live chat and was told to submit my documents directly to their KYC Dept via email. Once again, exactly as what had happened at Flappy Casino!

Okay, so I sent my documents again directly to their KYC Dept using the email given by the live chat, but only got an acknowledgement 1 day later. Damn blardy slow response!

Today is the 2nd day...so lets see if anything happens...if not, more harsh words would be coming from me!!!

Try and stay patient, I’m sure this will work itself out. So the casino now have your documents by email? 
 

And never stress, because you know we always have AGCCS just a click away, I know it means waiting longer, but it’s better than losing your money and closing the account. 
 

Remind me, is this the same group as Flappy because we can call the rep in if you get further problems.
