Bank transfer: how long?

Hi there all, I'm a regular online casino player and normally I don't have any complaints about withdrawals or pay outs. Only this time I do have one, or rather a question. On 30-12-2023 I requested a withdrawal which was approved two days later. The only thing is that I haven't received my winnings in my bank account. According to the casino this may take around 7-10 days. I'm really curious because normally it is about three days waiting, The casino said the withdrawal has been approved, but the payment provider has to approve it as well. So I was wondering how your experience is with these kind of things.

Hello and welcome to the forum. I would say 3-5 days is average/. But your withdrawal was approved over the New Year period, so how many working business days has it actually been in your country since the date it was approved?

Hi, thanks! My withdrawal was approved on monday the 1st of january. It has been 7 working days now. Is that too long and should I worry? I hope not :)

Are you comfortable in telling what currency did you play in and your country of residence? If you are playing from India you should have received the funds by now. If you are from outside India then I suggest wait for 2 to 3 weeks.

I play from the Netherlands, but I usually receive winnings within 3 days. Maybe it's because of the holidays that it takes so long. Jungliwin has approved the withdrawal and says it's now waiting for the approval from the payment provider.

I believe the same thing. I suggest wait for this week to pass and then contact live chat and ask for payment details. If they have processed the payments they must be having transaction info. If they play delay tactics then Fila s complaint against them. We will guide you with the procedure.

One more thing about this casino, how good is it? Have you played at their other brands? How has your session been in this particular casino regarding gameplay?

Thanks, I will do that and I very much appreciate your help in case I need it!! Normally I have good experiences with Jungliwin although the casino is known for delaying pay outs so players will rollback their winnings. In my case this is not possible anymore.  I used to play at  Casumo, but they did not have games from No Limit back then so I switched.  The gameplay at Jungliwin is good but they do have some hick-ups sometimes like slow connections, but that's all.

Now they are telling me that waiting time is 1-14 business days. Before it was 1-3, then 1-5, then 1-7 and now 1-10. Is this what playing the delay tactic is?

Does your withdrawal show as approved or still pending?
