I was wondering why AG team didn't reply in last 3 days. Maybe after I raised issue with AG live chat they  contacted Trust dice and they changed it.

It was AG live chat Team.

You usually aren't that active on Saturday and Sunday. So I just contacted live chat directly after Trust dice refused to add bonus. The AG live chat said they would look into it. I had mentioned this in forum as well. My first post in this topic is about that. Had posted about this on 'Please Report Any Issues Here or Add Game Suggestions' topic on Saturday.

Please feel free to email me on the weekends if you need to me to check urgent posts. The AG team doesn't work weekends, so I have little access to assistance for things like this until Monday  

I am around on weekends though, but I do mainly check email notifications and tags, I try to take rest time with my family at the weekends. But, I am never far away.
