Also this Saturday I had x 2555 on DOA at Vavada casino but they didnt want to help and NETENT is having only one page of the game log so you can check and support told me they couldnt check  too,  this is really weird.

@helenakp the rule is that you need to post the screenshot in under 24 hours and it can be on one particular slot. So I guess Doa or bonanza wont qualify now.  Or maybe since you posted bonanza first thats the only one that qualifies.

Bonanza, 71.02 win on 0.40 bet = 177.55x (not 355x)

JATB, 60.32 win on 0.40 bet = 150.8x (not 300x)

So maybe your 2555x win on DOA is miscalculated too?

She has posted right hit. That 40 cent bet was after she got her hit. Look at the bet below the 40 cent bet in game history. Its 20 cent and hit is €60.32.

Where does it shows 0.20 bet and 60.32 win in the game log??? It shows a 60.12 win.

That 60.32 win on 0.20 bet screenshot has no date or time, is not shown in the game log either, so nothing can be confirmed.

Bonanza is wrong but JATB is right, I changed the bet right after and if you must know I hit 3 wildlines on DOA on bet  0.09 cents  and it was x 2555 or 230 euros

0.20 cents was won in the same time as the free spins feature 0.20 + 60.12 from free spins = 60.32, I guess you are not looking right, the DATE 26.09  only a blind person cant see it

Yo! You misunderstood me my dear!

I said the screenshot showing that 60.32 win on a 0.20 bet does not show the date nor time it was won. Of course the game log shows the date, I can see that, but the game log doesn't show the 60.32 win, only the 60.12. One would think the total win was only 60.12, cos it doesn't show the total 60.32 win. Strange that it should show 0.20 bet win + the feature game win instead, but anyway, blame Netent for this kind of silly game log!

Anyhow, I've never played on a smartphone, so I wouldn't know what kind of game logs it would show.

The first screenshot is not valid because there is no gamelog. So it does not count, so far she has no entry.

The game log doesn't show the 60.32 win...and the winning screenshot doesn't show the date, time or casino...and Netent isn't helping her out either, sheeesh!

The only way is for her to try and get a new VALID screenshot before the contest ends.

@helenakp  You should put more focus into your screenshot taking. Wait for the feature game to revert to the base game before taking a screenshot so that the total win, bet amount and time can be seen. If Netent's game logs always don't show the correct total winning amount and bet, maybe it's better for you to play some other provider's games. Just saying...

Afi Iam playing on my mobile, on mobile you get that kind of screenshots, its different on pc

Yes but you can still get game logs, please see @Blackjax entries in previous contests. A lot of his are mobile entries.

I haven’t had chance to check any of her latest entries but last I looked there were none that qualified.
