I have a large balance on the account and the account has been suspended pending KYC. obviously im not able to provide ID etc as the account is in my dogs name. have I lost the money? In fact the large balance will make them not want to pay at all You need to do verification and since you won't pass verification the casino will confiscate funds. The account is not in your name, your name is already on Gamstop, and there's absolutely no way that you can pass the KYC procedure. Bad news but that's the honest truth mate!
