  1. Hello Im newly registered with GAMSTOP and unfortunately today I signed up for an account in my dogs name just so I could play. I have a large balance on the account and the account has been suspended pending KYC. obviously im not able to provide ID etc as the account is in my dogs name. have I lost the money?
  2. Thanks, this puts my mind at rest. Yeh they have asked for all of that and I am fully verified. Apparently they are just waiting for a manager to sign it off in the payment team. I’ll keep you posted on the progress
  3. Thanks for your reply. I have again been on the live chat and this time they said the refund HAS been agreed so it sounds like the other guy actually got it wrong telling me there was a mistake. Yes it is royal panda. Should I be worried?
  4. Hi, I have received an offer for refund from a casino due to responsible gambling issue. They said they forwarded it onto the payment team to process I went on the live chat today to check and they said that the decision on the refund actually hasn't been made yet... If i have an email offering a refund, can they change their mind?
