I would like to ask, is it possible to claim the winning prize from from the welcome bonus, even you've reached the withdrawal balanced.

I already ask the customer support of the casino, but she replied i am  eligible to claim or withdraw my winning prize, because I'm not part of the state, but i can withdraw if i will deposit on the next transaction, be sure that i have remaining below $5. That's the customer support told me.

Yes, i tried thats why  i contacted first the customer support to inform i will withdraw my winning prizes.. then she replied that the winning prize i had is not a real money, i need to deposit in order to get the real money, qoute: she said you need to have a less $5 remaining, because she looked over my account i am not eligible to withdraw, i kept sending my KYC and my drivers license always rejected and pending by hooyo.com, but my liveness / selfie is approved.

It seems that you have no deposit history, I've faced such issue before in other casino, they told me that I can withdraw only if deposited at least once. But maybe it's not the case idk, it's better you to check their t&c, I'm sure you'll find any info
