Withdrawal Delay more than 3 months Interbet (ProgressPlay Ltd)

Hello guys, can anybody help me with this ? On 09/12/2022 request a withdrawal from my betting account in Interbet 1094,70£. The next day my account was locked even if I fully verified it few days before that. The amount freeze on pending until nowadays, already more than 3 months. By the Terms & Conditions of Interbet, the withdrawal process takes 1-3 days. Of course I raised a complaint at 14/12/2022, no any response from them , I sent over 100 emails, and also by the chat saying  every time that my account is under review. The complain procedure by the rules takes maximum up to 8 weeks, this period expired as well, I contact eCogra (ADR provider) and they sent me the wrong information that I didn't raised official complaint via the betting operator which was absolutely lie. I even have screenshots as a proof that I raised the complaint. After that they stop to respond me as well via email, seems like they protect ProgressPlay Ltd. I also contacted the Gambling Commission , but they answered that they are just a regulator ,no complaint resolver. I'm stacked and don't know how to proceed, can I contact Solicitor an probably go to court, if I win the case will I pay for the court expenses and also can I condemn them for lost profits for this period ?

Hello and welcome to the forum. I don't see Interbet Casino in our directory, which license do they have?
