Just read it now Afi. Agree this is an awful term, never heard anything as silly as wagering a deposit that has been spent to zero. And it would put me off depositing again.

Unfortunately, I can’t do much regarding this if it is stated in their terms and conditions. Have you wagered the 23 EUR?

@cocopop3011 I have tried explaining to them that with zero balance, all unfinished wagering should no longer be in play, but no, they insist that I must complete the unfinished wagering first before I can make a withdrawal. Their terms DO NOT STATE that zero balance would clear all unfinished wagering, and this is what they are adhering to! Really STUPID terms. I won't play at Winz anymore after this!

I lost 30 EUR playing DEAD GAMES that don't seem to want to give any wins at all!

I have just now withdrew 120 EUR...let's see if they do come up with another blardy ridiculous reason to reject my withdrawal!

Oh wow, what an odd thing to say. Most of veteran gamblers know that zero balance ALWAYS finishes wagering. I find this really bizarre.

Winz.io is the only casino that do this to their customers!

Anyway, I've just received my 120 EUR, and my next step will be to permanently close my account. No more playing at Winz.io ever!

After what I had written in my several replies to them via email, they stood by their stupid ridiculous wagering term, so I stood by my principles...one BS on me and that's it with that casino...any casino!

Their standard reply of "we're very sad to hear of your decision"...one more BS there....and they readily agreed to close my account.

Dazard Casino was, and is, the ONLY casino that took real attention, cared for their customers, gave assurance of reliability, and eventually talked me out from closing my account. No other casino so far has even tried to do that!
