I have some exciting news as AG has taken on the mammoth task of upgrading all of our existing casino reviews and new casinos will be the same. 

Our reviews are now much more personal and in-depth. We are including information from withdrawal fees, and limits, to how to verify your casino accounts!

Of course, any feedback is welcome.

The new design is really smooth. They pushed the bonus info way down where we previously had complaints. Dont like that.

I was hoping they would add comment section below every player review apart from the thank you button.

Any inside info if our forum will also have some upgrade?

Honestly speaking @cocopop3011, I was kind of disappointed when I saw the new review pages!

Why? Firstly, that bonus banner on the right hand side is way too big, reducing the info page size of what I'm looking for from any review page...important details! In this sense, I still prefer the old style of displaying the information...much easier to find!

Secondly, I'm not interested in whatever bonus the casino may be offering...I'm more interested in knowing the casino details first before deciding anything else. Now I'm seeing only half the info, with that 'useless-until-needed' bonus offer covering the other half of the page! Make it SMALLER please!

A view of the new casino review page below:

I can't find the IMPORTANT info that I need to know from this new review page...missing list of game providers, missing depositing methods, missing separate page to get all the other info (unlike the old review page!)

What bonuses the casino may offer is of SECONDARY importance to me...what's more important is, does the casino provide the provider's games that I want to play, does it have the depositing method that I can use? These are important info that are being missed out...so how can the new review page be better? 🤔

@cocopop3011  BEFORE thinking of upgrading this forum page, think first WHAT IS MISSING OR LACKING?

As far as I am concerned, it is almost perfect to me now as it is, without needing any new changes or upgrading, unless Askgamblers is thinking of adding NEW and BETTER things. 😉

for me the only thing I did not like was the description which in my opinion should be with the ''show less'' ''show more'' tags.    With this way, i can see the complaints and reviews of other users way better.  Instead of the usual bar ''casinos by experts'' it would have been better to have 2 bars (casinos with the best ranking according to users for example, which i know requiress to add it on the casino section as well) On the right, in case askgamblers has an exclusive bonus should be there in order for users to see it.

Afi - upgrading reviews is a site wide project - nothing to do with me dear. The old reviews were very old and dated the new reviews are modern and very much needed.

In fact, game providers are very easy to find now - you simply select the ‘Games’ tab and all the providers are listed like before.

Same for deposit methods - you now click Payments.

I think you have completely missed the new tabs Afi.

When I saw the reviews, i did not like it, It just did not feel right.

its hard to explain, maybe need some adjustments, but when I visit the review page, I look at it, and feel like navigating away.

The bonus on the right, yes it feels like it overlay the information on the left and is thrown in your face. However with time I guess I will get used t it.

Your response to the new review page was similar to mine bro.

I thought some important info had been left out, then Cocopop told me about the new tabs within the review page to get all the other info. Now everything is back in place, but rearranged. 😁

Yeah, I did see the tabs afterwards, however the first glance, feel like its all over the show. Like everything is more zoomed out and thrown in your face lol.

Like I said maybe some adjustment over time.

In regards to graphics - I do believe this is still a work in process and more upgrades are coming. 
 

I was mainly referring at the moment to the content in our reviews. They are now a lot more in-depth, we’re covering everything from minim and maximum limits to how you verify your account. 
 

But yes, the page as you see it now is not the final designs I believe.

No no. New casinos will now have the new design - however we are currently working on old-style reviews. As you can imagine this is a big task and is being rolled out gradually. You will see the new tabs on old reviews - but the review itself is still in the roll-out phase.

it would be helpful if you added a warning about any casino that does the nasty tactic of asking a player to re-verify their account when a player requests a  withdrawal. If you had your account verified once then there should be no excuse for asking a player to go through the process again if there has been a period of say 6 months or 12 months since the first verification was done.

The thing with this is that we don't know at point of review that the casino will do this. So, it's best for you to write a review for each casino that this happens with
