Info from Live Chat hosts are usually not accurate or incorrect, simply because they do not know everything what's going on within the casino. As you can see, the max cashout is 100 Euro, not 4000 euros!

To most European players, Grand Theft Casino can be a wonderful casino, as Dama owned casinos usually are. Certain countries outside of Europe, like for my country in this case, do not get to enjoy the same perks and benefits! Grand Theft Casino is using the same blardy useless payment system as Hollycorn owned casinos do, and I had such a painful experience at one of them not too long ago!

The CS (Customer Support) services are almost dead to me! Live Chat services work okay but they cannot do anything else besides answering questions...correctly or incorrectly!

No doubt Grand Theft is a brand new casino, being in operation for only a few months so far, but it seems to me that the entire management staff are incompetent! Sorry to say, but that's how I'm getting things from them!

I have just checked again with GTC Live Chat and guess what? They do not have any emails or online messages from me, meaning, they did not receive them. Maybe the Casino Manager did not receive any email from Askgamblers as well, hence still no AG Coin in my account!

Now I have to write a new long email to them, explaining everything from the beginning. What a blardy waste of my time!!!

Even after getting that AG Coin, there is still no way I can make a withdrawal! Skrill is not available for withdrawal in any currency for me! Bank Transfer is prohibited. Mifinity and Ecopayz closed my newly opened accounts because of gambling restriction terms. Crypto wallets are also out of the question.

Axe casino took 4 - 6 hours.

Any Dama N.V used to take max 1 hour now some are several hours, 12 and up to 24 hours I mean its the same company? Hello?

At AXE it said ID with selfie when uploading, however I just uploaded my ID and proof of Addy and contacted live chat. They immediately verified it while waiting on chat.

I mean with axe I cashed out 160 euro they at first allowed me the 240, but then had to wager my deposit and play down balance, however I did one two bonus buys and did not play the

 

All I am saying it if you got more in your account then what the max cashouts states then just try to withdraw it all, like if the max cashout say 100 euro and you have over 200, just withdraw it all.
