I did not get live chat either. But after I made a deposit it started poping up. Maybe you need to be a deposititor for live chat contact. Try sending them an email. 

Btw I highly doubt you would be allowed to close and reopen. I have an account at 7bit where I never played and never even filled my profile info. I asked them if I could close and reopen and they refused.

Well they must have live chat because @ales200 showed screenshots. Also our review states they have live chat. It says on their site they have, however, I myself can't seem to open a live chat box. 

But Ales has definitely spoken with them.
