How to post a negative review of a casino?

I have problem posting a negative review of a casino. It will get first approved then removed. Approved by support agent when contacting support, and then removed again. Later on it was reported by casino and then removed.

For example the below is my latest review:

+ Most of the games worked. 
+ I could deposit money. 
+ I could withdraw money. 
+ The site interface is simple and no extra clutter. 
+ Free spins gifted in event was generous


- All the withdrawals methods could not be used (credit card). You could use it but later was notified that this method is not available currently. Some of the other methods had larger withdrawals minimums. -1 total score.
- Welcome bonus was not automatically applied. The code that you need to input is sent to your email. You may miss the welcome bonus because of this. -1 total score
- Few of the games I came across did not work (Spin was slow or crashing). Games fault but those games should be disabled/removed. -1/2 total score.
- I had issues with the free spins gifted. -1 total score.
- I had issue getting a solution that was to my satisfaction when contacting support. -1 total score.
- I had to contact support multiple times. -2 total score,
- Casino reporting a review and removing it. -1/2 total score.

Maybe the score was bit low on the initial review after having to contact the support about the same thing for 10th time. Still I should be able to say that I had issues or did not receive all free spins when event was going on. Or that all the withdrawal options were not available when they werent. It does not matter if the support says that you can use this other method to withdraw instead. I am being asked to provide evidence to post a review? What kind of evidence am I supposed to come up with? I have few of the chat contact messages. Am I supposed to add those to the review?

To me it seems that the casino is aggressively going for the negative reviews that they do not want to affect its total score. If the reviews did not contain enough "facts" why were they approved at first. One was approved by other support agent.

You are of course allowed to leave a negative review but it has to reflect what happened. Please chat to support if you’re not sure what to send, if you have the chat logs to prove what you wrote in the review please tell them this so they can look at them.

Maybe your internet was giving you issues when playing games?

Support is on point, however I have found they redirect you to email their support instead.

I need more info regarding your other issues .

Just because you can deposit via a method, does not neccesarily mean you can withdraw to same method.

I deposit with Bank Transfer at Dama N.v, but can withdraw to BTC or e-wallets and not my bank account ( Its just one of those things)

You are within your rights to state that you couldn’t pick the payment method that you wanted - but there must have been a genuine reason for this, which was probabbly not the casinos fault. 
 

I would suggest that you re-word your review adding that they assisted in helping you pick another.

Yes, I have used most of times direct transfer to CC and few times bank transfer. I am not saying that it was casinos fault. I am saying I couldnt use that method, and it was still listed.
