Crash235 Posted January 22, 2022 Posted January 22, 2022 Hello... I have had a payout confiscated for having multiple accounts. I understand that it is against the rules but I did not intentionally create extra account. I joined a site not realizing that I already had an account with them. I entered my email address name date of birth and address truthfully and correctly. In other instances of already having an account with other sites they have informed me that I am an existing member. Is there anything I can do about getting my $3200. Quote
Flatzem Posted January 23, 2022 Posted January 23, 2022 did you claim any sign up bonuses when you signed up for the 2nd time? Quote
Blackjax Posted January 23, 2022 Posted January 23, 2022 In these cases you just get the deposit back. Did you claim deposit bonuses on both casinos? Quote
Afi4wins Posted January 23, 2022 Posted January 23, 2022 There are a number of casinos out there that do not have the proper registration tracking system...maybe done on purpose, to take advantage on players. Many have been caught out by this so you are not alone. If the casino is listed here in Askgamblers, then you have at least one recourse for helping action, if not, none. Depending on the casino and casino owners, some are uncompassionate (they won't even give back one cent when you break a rule), some are reasonable enough to refund you your deposits, but many would use their delaying tactics on purpose before giving you back something. They did refund my deposit The easiest way to check if a casino is listed at Askgamblers is by using the Search box at the top left of the page...key in the casino's name and wait for a result to be shown. Alternatively, the very long way, is to go through the casino list under the banner CASINOS at the top. cocopop3011 1 Quote

That is why KYC is important, upon first deposit going forward, to avoid players hitting it big just not to payout at the end. This way, they will pick up the duplicate account and act accordingly before the player starts playing. Quote
