Update: PAID | Zinkra Casino stops responding after 3300£ withdrawal

I played at Zinkra Casino wich is rather new belonging to Gammix. 

Everything worked smooth, made deposits and withdrawal of 1800 £ wich arrived in a couple of days.

24/11-2021 I made a withdrawal of 3300£ and they were very friendly by mail and told me account was verified 15/12-2021.

The last thing they wanted was IBAN to finally pay out the withdrawal but now nothing happens.

I have not used any bonuses and I have saved every chat conversation, proof of winning, their t&c, bet and win history and so on.

If payment will not arrive soon and i have an apology for causing this much complication I will take this further with legal actions.

What more can I do now?

Also, did you request cashout via your previous method that you got your cashout.

Gammix can be a trusted brand and feel like an un-trusted brand all at the same time. I play normally at Scatters, I get paid in 24 hours, then the next 48 hours , one time it took them 5 days to pay to my e-wallet, even thought previous withdrawals was handled fast before.

You never know, but it will come, I had many of these quick and long withdrawals "instances" with this Gammix group of casinos.

Patience is "Key" here.

Trust me I lost my patience with them, but eventually they paid, and that 5 days to Skrill was a 150 euro withdrawal where bigger once before was process and paid under 24/48 hours on average.

I used Trustly for instant deposits. After my withdrawal they send an email that all mga casino will stop using Trustly shortly.

 

I wrote to the chat about this worrying what happens if they have not finished my withdrawal as my paymenthod dissapears.

 

They asked me for documents wich got verified. Then IBAN wich I immediately provided to the response "We will send this to the corresponding department".

 

Everytime I mail them they are quick to answer, bit the same answer as above.

Thank you. That was my impression to and the reason i chose them. Gammix seemed trustworthy, and I can not imagine they would chose to put dirt and distrust over their casino ZINKRA - cause I am not giving up until I recieve the money and if that means going to court I am ready. 

 

I have saved everything regarding my withdrawal and know certainly that I have 100% right to the money

Checked the bank and to my suprise it was paid and recieved 11/1.

They did not notify however.

Just patience with this group. Next time it might take 24 hours. It's on and off.

It's unfortunately a sad story. That big win would have almost made me recover from my big total loss i have from the years of gambling.

That I thought I was scammed of the win made me lose hope and I got so sad and desperate.

Took a lot of quick loans of 10k Euros. So it's tough right now

The big win came from hot spin megaways. I recommend you all to not give the casinos your hard earned money. Save in stocks better
