Beware Frank casino as they have basically stolen my money without providing any proof and giving me a reason to prove my innocence

I have played multiple casinos and while sometimes i have lost money because shady bonus terms, i have never experienced a casino taking my money when not using a bonus.

 

I have no words, it was not a small amount either 3673 euros (a 22 euro profit on the session) the rest was my money which they did not even refund before closing, how is it even possible that this is legal?

Hi and welcome to the forum.  Sorry to hear you have having some issues. What was the bonus term they said you broke?

The OP did not use any bonus, yet the casino confiscated the winnings. Could have been due to breaking one of the other terms in the T&C, which is quite illogical really...no bonus no restrictions!

It was not not the bonus term,  it was one of the terms under 10. Collusion, misleading action, fraud and criminal activity from https://frankclubcasino.com/en/infos/terms_and_conditions i dont know which one or ones i broke and they dont want to tell or show me any proof which feels very shady.

EDIT: My money has been deposited from my skrill account and bitcoin wallet mostly from skrill.

Have just reviewed your case (you submitted an AGCCS case which has been rejected by our Complaints Team) and by the look of it, I guess you have been suspected in either fraud or even worse, money laundering. If that's the case really (and I strongly believe it is) you need to forward your dispute in front of the relevant regulatory body directly as they are the only authority out there which is authorized to help in a situation where potential money laundering/fraud actions are suspected. It was my own skrill account they asked for a picture and i provided it which they verified, the bitcoin wallet i used is called blockstream green and also belong to me
