Wallacebet Withdrawal Issues

Hi, So I got an email a while back regarding wallacebet no deposit bonus exclusively through ask gamblers instagram. I signed up and claimed the offer got a free sports bet which I won and had 46€ which I tried to withdraw and it didn't let me withdraw. I contacted support and they told me to verify myself. I also submitted my identity documents and verified myself. Yet I couldn't withdraw support again told me that need bank statement. Okay I submitted bank statement. And yet it didn't let me withdraw. Then I noticed that the bank transfer had 100€ minimum withdraw so I played a little and won 186€ and tried to withdraw 180€ still couldn't withdraw. Can anyone please help me with that?

Which country are you trying to do the bank transfer from? Most importantly have you ever made a deposit to the casino? In order to make a withdrawal you need to have one minimum deposit  and then funds are transferred to that payment method. 

I dont think you have made a deposit and that's the reason why your cash out is being cancelled.

Did they give you a reason for the declined the withdrawal on the last attempt? I would imagine the no deposit bonus had a maximum withthdrawal amount, it's possible the $180 has exceeded this. Do you have a screenshot of the Instagram offer please and I can definitely check this out from our end to see what the maximum was.
