Nobody of the casinos is even bothering to give any explanation for this. I have collected now about 30 screenshots with error the last month. Should I submit a complaint? Its the same in 5 different casino's I have tested. Its a bug which causes error if you do those quickspins and interntet fluctuates. When you are doing those quickspins sometimes your internet might go to lower speeds and the casino server cannot keep up and causes this error. The same thing happens on play n go and it flashes error like Internal error. Sadly its a bug and casinos or slot providers cannot do anything about it. Fluctuations in the internet connection, as Blackjax has mentioned above, a slowdown in the ISP connection, some sort of maintenance is being carried out on the server (not necessarily connected to slot games), or simply due to heavy use of the platform by thousands of users. Usually this sort of errors would go away after a short while, but if it continues on for long periods of time, then there's definitely something causing it. It may even be your desktop, laptop or smartphone. A simple thorough cleaning of all caches usually would solve this problem. I made a deposit, got the bonus, but had tons of problems trying to load the games that I wanted to play. The loading up process would not start, or hang up even before it began, or getting 'game cannot be loaded' error messages during the loading process. I could only manage to start up a few games, so I played on those games, but at the end of the day, it was one horrible experience! I sent in my complaints to the casino, via email and via their contact form too, and soon got back a reply from them, apologising for the inconveniences caused, because they were actually doing maintenance work on the platform on the day I was playing my games. Several days later, I played back at the same casino, and the platform was doing quite okay, although still not smoothly. Sometimes it's juts a tech trouble from the Operator's side (server issue, planned/unplanned maintenance, gaming provider's server overloading, etc etc) but mostly it's from the player's end (slow or unstable internet connection, ISP issues, even blacklists kicking in sometimes, etc etc). The only working advice, follow the Operator's instructions and have a patience until the issue is fixed. I know that's a difficult thing to do when it's YOUR money put at stake but the other options (except being patient) will not usually lead to anything positive anyway. RazorX Posted May 25, 2021 Share Posted May 25, 2021 Call me Negative lol but I'm not a fan of game errors of any kind make sure your browser is stable updated etc and watch the circumstances if its around the same time as win streaks and there is a pattern of this happening just switch casino's seek stability eliminate the impossible and that which remains however improbable shall inevitably be the truth . Also its probable that the reason can be due to simple reasons such as has been mentioned by the crew here i've just grown weary over the years about errors the stuff seems to happen in win streaks mostly I've found and the latest thing is pausing ...which has been reduced to lightning quick pauses ...oh and dead or alive got updated netnet you are such douchbags . There's no one correct solution until you know what is actually causing the issues. Have you cleaned all your browser and computer/smartphone caches? Are you using a stable DSL (fixed line) internet connection, a mobile Broadband connection, or a smartphone connection? Only the DSL can give a fast and stable internet connection. Have you tried playing at the casino again lately, to see how the games are loading up and playing? I would suggest play slots with ethernet cable instead of wifi like afi said but even with ethernet cable the problem persists on Yggdrassil slots. But the error is way lower. pinnit2015 Posted May 27, 2021 Share Posted May 27, 2021 Some casino's are worse than others: Novibet - by far the worst for errors L and L - not far behind them to be honest, their whole site was a glitchy mess. Compared to Unibet where i think i've only ever been kicked out of games twice: Redbet were pretty stable most of the time when i played there as well. White Hat Gaming sites are pretty grim for them as well.
