Ive been playing with them for two years since the lockdown for covid, Ive won to them for few times already been verified also, submitted docment was done, since I ws start, all my winnning are not over $1500 never have any problem, now two days ago May 18,2021 i hit almost every big win playing in classic slots stocking stuffers ,lucky wid 7, cool cherry, i believe those are progressive, then may19, i hit big hit again same slots, everytime i hit big spin I take a picture of it, now i reach $6000 ive tried to withdraw my winning, they said my account is closed due to did not pass the security clearance, they said i have a entry in a global negative database,  I dont even have an idea is that, now they closed my account and confiscated my funds, I spend a lot to them, money came from my 401K my wife doesnt even know about my money that i bet, i trusted them I m so loyal to them i played whole night, and now they said that isssue againts me why before i win not more than 2k they did not say anything, now i made 6K ,they dont want to pay me, i have picture of my winning, i have no idea on that negative entry of globa data base, ,,please help.i was very happy and told my family i won, even my two minor kids are happy because the money i won i give the 70% to my wife and kids, god knows im am inocent to this accusation,

global negative database?

Sounds like BS - funny how your name wasn't identified as being on this at the point of deposit

There have been murmurings that casino share data if folk do chargebacks etc/fraud. As to whether this exists i don't know: i hope they have a good legal team because that has  possible GDPR all over it. Particularly if some of those chargebacks are legit. i wouldn't be surprised if some database was shared across places and i'd be equally surprised if it was legal to do so. 

Was a case in the UK sure where companies created lists of 'trouble makers' and shared it with other's and they got hammered in court for it who declared it illegal.

thats what is going to me right now, Ive been playing on this casino name intertops ,I won few times already for under $1200 no issue now I won $5500 they declined my payment and closed my account, we talk to the security, management, they said Global negative base, and which is not mine its from my wife and they want us to pay $82, I told them why, and why did you closed my account and declined my paymet whic is my own money my account my deposit,,I told them straight, you guys dont want to pay me ahhh? its not even related to my account, I told them we trusted your  casino, where is the fair game now??? YOu guys bullshit and this is ***** up you guys dont want to pay me, I said to them, is anybody here can give me advice how to get my winning of $5500, I appriciated so much.any body has idea or any advice ??

okay,, we are all in the same boat anyway but any idea or aadvice you can give on how to get my winning ,?since I follow all the rules, legally they just want not to pay, im not really a pro when it comes like this, i just played this bcause of lockdown, my friend introduce me to this online casino.

First of all did you break any casino terms? And can you explain global negative base. Did you ask the casino if you pay them $82 will they release your payments.

It think it looks like it's a collection of player names who have abused bonus's/caught by one casino of some fraud etc et; not sure how common it is but looks as if it's something that maybe casino's in the same group share. Read stuff in the past that it includes folk who breach terms: as to how severe these terms are, I don't know. Hard to see how you could void winnings on casino A if they breached max bet in casino B. 

Be interesting to see their privacy policy to see any mention of this

They've been terminated here so you can't raise a complaint here, nor on the Pogg where they've been booted.

If that is what it is, you might want to asked them why their privacy says they do not share data with anyone ( read quite a few privacy policies over the years and it looks like it was written by a 3 year old, it's so poor): normally a PP, if sharing data, will have it under the 'for fraud purposes'; normally relates to sharing though with the National Fraud Bodies (National Hunter here in the UK, CIFAS), not 'wee John' in another casino

I was going to say check who their ADR is but as they don't have a licence of any note and their terms and conditions are ugh, good luck

According to casino policies same member of a household cannot have two account. Maybe because your wife also has a account your account was terminated. Did you ever use deposit bonuses.

Btw are you american? Because there was one more American who was doing something like this.

Btw, @pinnit2015, we've changed the AGCCS rules recently and now players are given the chance to use AGCCS even when certain Operator is listed under Terminated status here.
