I mean this is a casino with a licence for crying out loud. Already closed my account forever there so they can put their fs into a very very dark place. Maybe Martians don't mind getting 1 line free spins, so kick this casino back to Mars where it belongs! kayenne23

Ouch, really sorry to hear that mate. In the name of all fairness, you'd better leave a review under their welcome bonus review page here on AG and let the other players know about this ridiculous practice and what to expect from the 100 free spins. cocopop3011
Out of curiosity I went to check which terms the casino gave us for the spins and this also came to my attention - age limit, 60 In regards to the actual terms of the spins, this is not mentioned. So what do you have active? Just the centre payline you mean?
pinnit2015
Though this was someone on a diet and to stay away from Mars Bars. The age limit is 60? There's a case for lawyers and age discrimination. Reminds me of a promo a casino ran and the spins were in Caterpillar etc and they limited it to one line. How miserable must this casino be to actively go in and change the lines? Agree - entirely misleading. kayenne23

Yeap. the middle line ONLY active. So 100 free worth of 1 euro and not 10,

"Sorry you did not receieve this bonus because you are too old" - that conversation would be a fun one, no doubt And that really sucks about the paylines. This happened to me once before but years ago and 20p spins to make it even worse, quite shocked Marsbet have applied such a silly rule tbh. That 60 age limit means players below 60 can take bonus or players above the age of 60 can take bonus? I assume its above 60 but still. Please explain. pinnit2015
You can get a mortgage at 61 still but you can't get spins valued at a quid? x100 One of the weirdest terms i've read - over 60 etc And some of the worst terms I've read - one line spins Sign me up now! cocopop3011
pinnit2015
What happens if you're 59 when you sign up at 11:59 and when you go to activate the spins at 12:01, you're 60? I mean, i'd feel pretty aggrieved to lose out on a euro cos of a few minutes. The injustice. What are 60 yr olds playing slots for anyway? They should be on the bingo. cocopop3011 and ValDes

cocopop3011
Sorry in advance to Our Guru and the complaints team for raising far more attention to this than I probably should of... you may have an influx of over 60’s submitting complaints Not going to lie though, I’d love to know their reasoning behind this term

I think there might be something positive in this.

pinnit2015
To be fair, Pimped is actually quite a decent game on one line - won a VS battle using it and had a few decent hits in real play. I think you get more mental as you get older - my gran, besides getting more evil as she got older, got super batty after 75. Before she died she was basically a fruitbat. Hopefully it's not in the genes.
ValDes
Applying such kind of an age-related restriction (except for minors of course) it's not only ridiculous, it's 100% discrimination and shouldn't be encouraged at all! Something more, looking at this from a marketing perspective, it's pretty much shooting yourself in the leg cause it's no brainer to realize that most people above that age are close to or already being retired and from what I know and read in countless gambling market researches over the years, these people are often identified and falling into the group of most desired casino customer dues to a/ having enough money to play (and lose); b/ having enough time to spin (and lose) and c/ having less than the average specific gambling knowledge and experience which might help then reduce the losses amassed from point a/ and b/
pinnit2015
Another casino who have obviously plucked the keenest legal minds from a pool of 8 year olds And we're meant to have faith when we sign up to t's and c's that these have been vetted for fairness by their legal counsel? Must have the same legal team as Betfred
Blackjax
I think we all jumped to a conclusion regarding that age limit thing. I just contacted live chat and they said there is an age limit to avoid identity thefts. The casino had cases were young relatives were using identity/documents of old relatives for gambling. Old people who had no knowledge of gambling. This is something @ValDes also mentioned in the why we need kyc thread. I think its a good approach. I favor the casino on this one.
