Yes, Valdes is correct in that sense.

I myself have made numerous deposits at 21Prive Casino some years ago but could only manage to make a very few wins and withdrawals. Maybe just not my luck there, but I faced no problems with them though. I no longer play at 21Prive and have closed my account ever since.

Yes , I made a deposit , March 15 2021 , withdrawal on March 18 and was approved on March 20 2021 , and they said it was processed and sent but I didn’t receive anything , so far I sent in all my documents and they say that they can only make a withdrawal payment the same way I deposited, i used my bank debit card , and now there saying they need a bankstatement showing my debit card number made on desist on March 15 along with bankstatement showing debit card number on there with transactions , but my bankstatement doesn’t show my debit card number when I make transactions though I’m kinda stuck at what to do now , I don’t think I’ll ever get my winnings from them now because there asking for a bankstatement statement that shows my debit card on there and my bank doesn’t do that kind of bankstatements.....

They have good reviews all around. Btw how much was the withdrawal amount? Did you ask for transaction id from the casino?

Withdrawal was for $5000 , why can’t they just bankwire the transfer like other casinos , they have bankwire it says on the 21prive website like I’m getting tired of this waiting game , there just giving me the run around , they even gave me a ARN number my bank checked it out and they see no transactions coming or ever sent

I know. That is why I said deposit $50 and then try to cashout.

But it’s not there anymore , I don’t know what’s going on I didn’t break any terms and conditions of the casino , there being retarded , don’t have a skrill or a NETELLER account

I suggest you use the AGCCS complaint and file a complaint and askgamblers will handle

Hi @Blackjax, 

Our fellow forum member @BRENDAN1986 has already used AGCCS and submitted a complaint 4 times. All rejected due to unjustified accusations and lack of valid proofs unfortunately.

contact Thepogg.com they will help you 100%!!! you can get your bank to make an exception due to the circumstances, your Canadian bank doesn't delete info for a couple of years and they have all of that.
