I myself have made numerous deposits at 21Prive Casino some years ago but could only manage to make a very few wins and withdrawals. Maybe just not my luck there, but I faced no problems with them though. I no longer play at 21Prive and have closed my account ever since. Yes , I made a deposit , March 15 2021 , withdrawal on March 18 and was approved on March 20 2021 , and they said it was processed and sent but I didn’t receive anything , so far I sent in all my documents and they say that they can only make a withdrawal payment the same way I deposited, i used my bank debit card , and now there saying they need a bankstatement showing my debit card number made on desist on March 15 along with bankstatement showing debit card number on there with transactions , but my bankstatement doesn’t show my debit card number when I make transactions though I’m kinda stuck at what to do now , I don’t think I’ll ever get my winnings from them now because there asking for a bankstatement statement that shows my debit card on there and my bank doesn’t do that kind of bankstatements.....
