Many Certifieds are blacklisted ... remain certified = defendable ??

I checked my country's regulatory gambling commission's website and more specific the blacklisted ones:

I immediately noticed an AG Certified as being blacklisted.

When a country, multiple prolly, blacklist a casino ... to what extend is it still a defendable choice which casino you grant your support through the AG Certified label?

Isn't this bad for reputation / credibility on the long-term AG project?

Hey there,

Any chance you could elaborate further on the "my country's regulatory gambling commission's website and more specific the blacklisted ones" part please.

Thanks.

I just checked the Belgian gambling comission and the reasons it blacklists casino. One of the criteria to get a license is that you need to have land based casino IN BELGIUM.  WOW.

All articles say that belgium is like a nanny country and doesnt want its citizens to take their decisions . There is an article on EGR about this. So basically belgium will blacklist all casinos because they dont want foreign casinos and want players to lose on government casinos. Defendable???

Exactly, @Blackjax beat me.

Still, should you believe that the BGC 'blacklisted' any of the AskGamblers Certified Casino Operators for reasons different than "operating without BGC license ", for example any classic blacklist reason such as systematically delayed/declined withdrawals, please feel free to let us know and we will review your information and act accordingly.

Thanks.

Quite shocked to read that Belgium citizens will be prosecuted if they even play in any of those blacklisted casinos too!! Hefty fines indeed!
