kayenne23 Posted November 19, 2020 Posted November 19, 2020 Hello there community! In 2016 i decided to register in GoldenStar casino and since then i have been a loyal member there. In 2019, i was told by the support that i was a vip. So i was given the vip email by the support in order to contact him for bonuses etc. To be honest, personally since then till now i havent seen any particular difference or privilege from just being a regular player. Couple days ago i went to chat in order to ask about my birthday bonus. After support checked some things, i was informed that i was never a vip member! That was indeed quite odd because i have the vip email, i have the chats. But support insisted that i was never a vip here. Quite odd indeed. So except from the fact that i never received the particular bonus that casino offers to every player, i was also rejected as a vip member. Is that a thing now? Quote

From what I know, certain casinos require constant activity of the account in order to remain/maintain the VIP status...lack of activity may dissolve the VIP status and put the player back at the bottom, back to being a normal member. My regular Asian-based casino require a certain amount of deposits to be made monthly, or within a 3-months period, otherwise the VIP status would be lost...yeah, I lost my status some time back, so I never bothered to chase for VIP status ever again! kayenne23 1 Quote

Oh yeah i had activity with the particular casino. Thats why i was kinda like ''whatttt...??'' Plus the funny thing is that they state that i never had. Like i never had a vip ever! Comedy sketch. ValDes Posted November 20, 2020 Posted November 20, 2020 Hi @kayenne23, Kinda surprised to hear about VIP scheme offered by this particular Operator as I always thought their way of handling loyalty is by using the so called statuses and comp points... Have just checked their website and there's no word about classic "VIP" scheme mentioned anywhere on their website - menu, terms, bonus terms, etc. But even if there was such period when they offered VIP statuses to their players, don't forget the Operator has the right to stop such a program at any given time and without any prior notice, etc. Quote

I even have the emails etc. (If needed) It's just disappointing for a casino that you are a loyal player to be treated so bad recently. But well phew! What can I say. Just another casino I won't be playing. Loki on the other side (kinda like sister site) it keeps up the potential ValDes 1 Quote

catapultaudio Posted December 1, 2020 Posted December 1, 2020 I've had my VIP Privs taken away a couple of times, usually from a dramatic reduction in play though which is to be expected really.... and once for "winning too much", which is total BS and I never played there again. Quote

I got banned from several Playtech casinos for winning too much or too soon...Omni Casino, Fly Casino, and 2 more old Playtech casinos that I have forgotten their names (they're no longer existing)...oh wait...African Palace was one of them if I'm not mistaken. All these happened way back between 2013 - 2015. Blackjax and kayenne23 1 1 Quote

The only times i got banned from casinos was after 1 or 2 deposits and then a hefty chonky withdrawal. (bonus banned) Quote
