I was a very good player in online casinos owned by MT SecureTrade and couple of others as well such as RoyalPanda. Today i saw that players, vip ones or not, had been paid by the casinos after their country was resticted. For example, one player received 12 euros he had left in his account and also every point he had was turned into money and was given to him! I was indeed shocked because first of all its a really nice move by the casino's management etc. Also, one time paddypower stopped accepting players from my country, so i had to request any fund left etc. They indeed paid even the last penny. My question is this. When a casino stops accepting players from a prticular country, the already existing players need to request their funds. But do they also request their points as well? ValDes Posted November 12, 2020 Share Posted November 12, 2020 As far as I remember from a previous AGCCS case referring to similar matters, the regulatory legal framework & requirements are covering only cash balances available in player's balance at the time when the restriction is being applied by the Operator. At least that was the case with MGA licensed Operator... Now, any decent Operator will make sure their players are properly notified and explained all the consequences following from such decision for imposed country based restriction. The thing is that the casino's advice me to withdraw my money but even if i tried to enter any of this casino from the links i always hit the restricted country banned message.So its impossible to make a withdrawal request,regardless i still had the support team emails so i try a direct communication. i had a responce saying that they found out that my account was duplicate? and they had to confiscate my balance and close the account. and i had this other thing,no responce from the support team but they keep sending me this email that my account still has money and i should give it a try,so when i try to take that chance the restricted area message make it appearance.dead end. question. why you dont let me access my account so i can take care my last dance,i know for sure that its possible to neutralize my account so i could not use the games or any money. why you dont let me access the site so i can reach the support team via live chat? kayenne23 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I will talk in english instead of greek. So i want to make it clear that all the n1 and dama nv casinos along with many more owners have closed all the greek account before they send any notification email stating that greece is no longer accepted. The only thing you can do is to go to google store and add a vpn extension in order to enter your account. If the casino states you got 2 accounts etc. its all lies. Make a complaint at askgamblers. They just wanted to come clean without paying any remaining balance. Trust me youll get it. But i got a question for you since we are both greeks with no online casinos to play.
