Betty11 Posted November 7, 2020 Share Posted November 7, 2020 I won 400 on very well casino but they refused to pay out saying I had duplicate account so I challenged them asking if this was the case why had they continued to take over a thousand pounds in deposits over many months and bombarded me with emails to deposit so they agreed to pay my winnings have the email as proof I had to verify account which I have done but now over a week later they are not responding to my emails and have closed my account so can’t access live chat so I literally can’t make contact they have ignored over ten emails please help what can I do Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Registering more than one account is a blatant violations of common online casino terms and there isn't much you can do here. There is a tiny chance to get some/all of your deposits made while playing under the duplicate account but it depends on the relevant terms and conditions cause most of the operators have specific clauses covering such scenario and it's not working for you I'm afraid.
