I won 400 on very well casino but they refused to pay out saying I had duplicate account so I challenged them asking if this was the case why had they continued to take over a thousand pounds in deposits over many months and bombarded me with emails to deposit so they agreed to pay my winnings have the email as proof
I had to verify account which I have done but now over a week later they are not responding to my emails and have closed my account so can’t access live chat so I literally can’t make contact they have ignored over ten emails please help what can I do
