Cashback value - How do they get to this amount?

Hello to all 
I have a tech question ( for me it is ), and I hope someone can shed some light for me on this.  
Ok, so I was at a 'level2' loyalty status with a well known and respected casino. I love playing there and spend -+75% of gambling time there. Last week Wednesday, I made some deposits, and at some point, I hit a whopper ( Aztex Gold Megaways - x5500 bet @  ). I notified them and decided I'll play for until I want to cash out. Every day I kept on winning, and the peak of my winnings was worthwhile to cash out. As all good things come to an end, the luck ran out and, while I did try and cash out, there was an issue with withdrawal onto my c card. While I was waiting for them to sort it out, they reversed the withdrawal request and... let's say temptation got the better of me. 
I'm not worried about it, but here is the exciting part. Because of the large size bets ( at some point -+50 Euros a spin ), I quickly collected XP Points and was upgraded to their level3 VIP player ( there is 5 ), and with level 3, a cashback is added every week as an incentive and for loyalty.  
When they calculate my cashback to pay, they said they give the amount based on the below formula, but I still don't understand it fully, and their friendly support chat doesn't understand what I am asking. I'm not good at explaining. 
(Bets Sum - Payoffs Sum - Bonuses - Withdrawals = Result sum (not less then
500 EUR) * % = CASHBACK)

Here's my question ---- Do they give me a cashback on all the money that went through my account.  
hypothetically - 10050 Euros ( 50 Euros deposit + 10000 Euro winnings - 10050 Euros lost again) without a withdrawal or bonus breach
or do they only give cashback on my 50 Euros? 
I would assume the latter because I could have withdrawn the funds quickly in Neteteeller and just deposited it again if I wanted to.

What's the name of the site? - hard to know what bets sum is - is it what was wagered and payoff sums is what was paid in winning per spin?

I like any cashback to be simple - be it L and L's 10% back as cash on losing deposits or simply Deposits - Withdrawals *% (which, strictly speaking L and L is)

Presume it'll just be CB on the 50euro's.

Some sites, like Quinn and Bet Victor, used to give you % back on winning as well, which is a nice top up.

Cash backs can be calculated and paid on daily, weekly or monthly basis, depending on each casino.

My local Asian casino gives a daily wager-free cash back based on total wagered amount per day, that includes deposits and winnings, and I would still get my cashbacks even after making withdrawals.

Thank you Gents, knew  I could some clarity.  So it's KB casino and I love playing there. If I understand correctly, then they should pay a cashback on the whole sum. I must just remember now when the VIP level was activated ( it was sometime throughout this winning spree and Im sure they wont backdate the cashback) I just realised... If I know when I the new status was active, I can go into gameplay and work it out myself. then again, three days of gameplay and pissing out 10 000 euros  (@Pinnit ... Yup I broke rule 104.B - do not consume alcahol while having people over and trying to show how you can double that quickly. #stoooopididiotIam. This will take alot of energy and bad memories may make me sad. 

 

Ill wait for thursday and hope for the best.

Oh @pinnit2015 , the bet was ZAR39 , no bonus active and total winnings about ZAR220 000 before it went down. The single biggest win was on Aztec with R185 000 odd.

@Afi4wins , I'm so dissapointed. They came back to me today and didnt give a single cent on cashback. they say my deposits werent a min of 500 Euros,. I had a long convo with them stating that I tried to cash out twice, had numerous playing sessions and they still wont budge. I had to accept a 100usd bonus chip.. I also cannot access my gaming history, wagers made or losses and this info is suddenly gone. :- (  

In their defence, I can't really do anything about this due to lack of knowledge. If I knew, I would have cashed out for sure.

Can you let me know which casino is so generous with the daily wager-free cash back? i'm done with KB.

If you're in Asia, I can certainly point you in the right direction to the right casino to enjoy your cashbacks, but none of non-Asian casinos gives such good cashback offers, none that I know of anyway.

In the first instance when I saw the calculation method for the cashback at that KB Casino, my first impression was WTF! That's a damn lousy cashback offer, one which I would never be interested in, but then again, I'm never interested in any cashback offer in the first place, unless they're wager-free. I do know that there are a few casinos that offer wager-free cashbacks, bonuses and free spins, but I'm restricted from those casinos. Your country would be too, so I'm afraid there's not much more that I can assist you with mate.

Hope Fiekie247 would drop by here and give you better suggestions.

@Afi4wins , thank for your comment...Im slightly off -subject and please delete if not appoved. 

 I chatted to them today via email and I dont think Illl get anything after much debate with them. They are probably correct even though they gave me a different formula today. Now Its deposit losses less withdrawels less bonuses. For all I know , it probably means the same and I just dont understand the equation.They say I didnt have the minumum spend of 2500 ZAR for the last 7 days and that I spent R2380 or someting like that and then only reached the required level to get cashback. I checked and asked them if R12 000  doenst count in good faith for deposits made from the the 7 days prior to . Appearently it doesnt. When I  

I made peace with the fact that I  should have asked and that they are riight as per their T&C's so i cannot file a complaint. I am just sour for dropping those winnings and thinking that I have a safety net  of 7% on ZAR200000( a small one but at least one)

What I am not getting out of them is my gaming history( nothing in my profile) and I see that in my profile there;s some discrepancies with multiple sessions ( at least 10 of them.) that showing live.

Can anyone recommend a good casino that's reasonable with cashbacks as well as generous with bonuses. I was thinking 7Bit, Bitstars , Oshi?

tbf, they're few and far between in the UK now, which as per above, probably can't access: best i've seen is simple wager free 10% back on losing deposits (basically depos-withdrawals; u get none if u take a bonus)

Some places will have 25% but these don't tend to be regular, only one offs at the weekend etc.
