Leanne0308
I’ve completed verification and a withdrawal was approved. Upon checking my bank it hasn’t arrived yet. When I queried this with the casino they asked for a bank statement from 27th until today. I asked if I was able to provide screenshots from my banking app, she said yes. So before I sent I edited (blacked out only the dollar amounts). After viewing she then requested a pdf copy of my latest bank statement. I’m uncomfortable doing this because I’ve not been required to do this before. Is it a usual practice when making an inquiry. I have no issue with them checking to make sure I’m not scamming a double payment. But surely they don’t need this to be able to tell me what date they sent funds. Sorry if I’m wrong topic. pinnit2015
Don't give them more information than required - they've no requirement to see other payments, ins or outs, to your account or what they're for. Even asking for a PDF is hardly foolproof - PDF editor you could write what you wanted and then send it - never understand why casinos think a PDF is unalterable - not as if it's blockchain. I had it once happen to me - for a week we went back and forth as i scanned out anything that wasn't their business - they said no, no, no and then yes at the end. If it is a reputable casino, I personally would not have an issue provifing a bank statement that had not been edited. Did you just cross out the amounts as opposed to where the payments had gone? ValDes
Depends on the operator's license mostly... For example, lots of Curacao based operators will ask for your unedited/uncropped/unmasked banking and/or e-wallet statements in order to confirm the existence of transactions to and from other players registered with the same casino.
