Tangiers Thieves

Hello i just got completely stolen by casino attention tangiers !!!  do not put any money in this casino they are not serious people much attention

 They broke all regulations

 I unlock bonus with € 2025 they just paid € 100 because it was bonus.  So I charged 25 € to be able to raise my fair bonus value and I got 2050 €.  I requested € 2025 worth of bonus money and they paid € 100 and cleared all my money.  I kept 25 € on account of my load and played until I won 240 €.  So I reported to the support and they returned my 240 € real money.  So I played until I had 190 € I asked for a withdrawal and after a few days they decided to cancel the argument that it was a bonus amount but this bonus has already been paid into account.  They started saying that I had to charge with another 25 €, I denied it and asked for help from the support. Now I received an email saying that my account was closed without me.  your funds

Sorry, this may just be me but I am struggling to understand what you mean to be able to assist further. By charge...you mean deposit I assume?

I'm struggling to understand the problem too.

Let's start at the very beginning again.

You made a deposit at Tangiers casino and claim a deposit bonus...what was the deposit bonus offer?

You played your deposit money + the bonus money and finally won 2050 EUR, is this correct?

You then made a withdrawal claim for 2025 EUR, leaving behind 25 EUR to play later on, but the casino paid you only 100 EUR, is this correct?

Later on, you then played that 25 EUR, made another winning of 190 EUR, then try to withdraw it too, but the casino rejected it, saying that the balance of 25 EUR and the 190 EUR winnings all came from the same initial deposit and bonus, is this correct?

If all the above is correct, then the casino has not done anything wrong. The maximum allowed withdrawal amount from the bonus may have been only 100 EUR, which they paid you, and all the other winnings and balance would be removed (zero balance left).

The second winnings of 190 EUR was derived from the 25 EUR that you left behind in your account to continue playing later on, but that 25 EUR was actually a portion of your total winnings of 2050 EUR, so that 25 EUR was still considered as part of the total winnings from the bonus money, of which only 100 EUR can be withdrawn. Your second winning of 190 EUR is therefore not eligible for another payment, because only one win of 100 EUR can be paid from the same deposit+bonus money.

From what I could understand - Wagering was completed from a free bonus and the max cashout was 100 euro.

However the player kept 25 euro of the balance on his account after max cashout was imposed and continued to play, then he continued to play with the exact bonus funds that was remaining after the 100 euro max cash out and thought he could cash out more.

When he charged(deposit) 25 to his account - That was like the standard verification/security deposit in order to withdraw from a free bonus, so with that said he requested 100 euro withdrawal and continued to play with his deposited funds while the withdrawal was not completed, and since he was within the limits of the max cashout before the transaction completed, they kept imposing max cash out policy.

What the player should have done was deposit 25 euro, withdraw 125 euro( deposit+winnings), then after payment is received, make a new deposit play and if he hit big all winnings were withdrawable. Instead he deposited 25 euro, withdrew 100 euro, and has more than that in his account but continue with the initial bonus winnings and made another withdrawal which they honoured, and he kept another 25 euro, and basically they confiscated because you cannot claim more than 1 free bonus or winning from the same bonus all the time. As per general rule these days, 1 deposit must be in between free bonuses or for winnings to be paid out resulting from a free bonus.

 

I think the casino should have cancelled the players balance complete after the first 100 euro withdrawal after he deposited.
