Casino violates responsible gambling

I set a loss limit of 2,000 euros / day at casino , but I still loss an initial deposit of 4,000 euros.  My last bet 3000 Euro there is a risk of exceeding the loss limit, but the system will not remind and cancel my bet

 Do you think the explanation of casinois reasonable?

The calculation of the amount of loss for the period is as follows: the amount of Loss Limit - the player’s bets for the period + wins for the period.
By following the sequence of bets and winnings, we see that before the last bet 800.32 EUR was available before reaching the Loss Limit.
The last bet is 3000 EUR and, therefore, exceeds the Loss Limit by 2199.68 EUR.

Since there is no limit on the last bet based on the remainder until the limit is reached, the limit worked correctly.
The balance at the time of the first bet after setting Loss Limit 5200.16 EUR, until the last bet at 3000 EUR, the balance was 4000.48 EUR.
Since the amount of Loss Limit is 2000 EUR, the balance should not be less than 3200.16 after the last bet so that you do not exceed the limit.
In this case, balance after the last bet is 1000.48 EUR, that is, the limit has been exceeded at the last bet.

Even with the English translate function my brain can't work out that email...But generally;

Loss Limits are best used in conjunction with bet limits.

Not sure if this is correct BUT:

 - Some casino's will not let you bet an amount over your loss limit, but i think these are few and far between.

 - At the point of bet, say you had a loss limit of 1k and bet 1100: strictly speaking the loss limit isn't breached at the point of bet; only if the 1100 is a losing bet and ergo, only at that point will the limit kick in

Technically, i don't think doing it the second way breaks anything.

Yes it should be that way now my dear...thanks to the OP (I think, if not by Valdes), his post zipped from China to England the very next day after appearing!

I approved the post in English, it was never in Chinese so I’m not sure quite what happened
