pyst777
They close my account because they say they're worried about me spending too much time playing , getting angry and losing too much money. It all came about after I left negative comments on Evolution Roulette Chat - as if that's a rare thing - there's always negative comment on Evolution Roulette Chat and for good reasons. I know what I'm doing - I don't need a nanny! Anyway, there are other casinos. However I have a small balance in my account and they want all the bullshit verification before they'll pay it out. The joke is that they've already allowed me a withdrawal of an amount which was four times the balance I have, not that long ago. Didn't need verification then but they're a-holes about it now. So stupid that it's such a small amount - you'd think it was $1,000,000 dollars.
Afi4wins
Perhaps the first withdrawal was about 2000 or 2500 Euros or equivalent, which doesn't need verification at certain casinos. Your second withdrawal, although it may be much smaller than the first one, may have exceeded the allowed amount, thereby requiring verification now. Anyway, I am not familiar with Twin Casino at all, so I cannot be sure of their T&C. Perhaps you can have a closer look at it. Other than that, the casino do have rights where Responsible Gaming responsibilities are concerned, and use of foul language and/or profanities in their chat service is usually forbidden, again you can check their chat terms. cocopop3011
pinnit2015
Don’t play there, or can’t, but they’re a pretty solid outfit by all accounts. Lots of casinos have been using human identifiers; anger being one of them to flag up any concerns but having been on the live casino once (never again, some amount of nonsense spouted and quite a lot of creepy folk) they’d probably ban half their customers if that was the sole reason. Theyre free to accept and boot out who they want so probably best just to find a new haunt. As Afi says; some casinos ask for verification for the first withdrawal, some stick by the 2k mark. TheAverageGuy
I'd expect perspective is to blame, they have theirs, you have yours. Both are documented and available to be viewed online. Yours seems a touch more personal, maybe more influenced by that anger pinnit aluded to. Seems things could have ended much worse. Chalk it up to "probably a lesson to be learned somewhere here".. Another day, another casino brand ahead, leave the rest behind. Cheers! pinnit2015 and ValDes

It's probabbly just easier to give them what they wanted because it will cause you less stress. I assume you have the documents they need?
