It's convenient for sure, but some casinos are definitely more helpful than others. As an American, I'm a big fan of Jackpot Capital and Club World's support. If you need them, they are there, and that is how it must be i think..... I hate support when they want to sell you something you know, for example Golden Reef casino or 888Casino, As soon as you log in, the chat windows popping up and some chat rep goes on and on about bonus offers and i get the feeling then i am being pushed into depositing, know what i mean. Some of my favourite Live Support experiences are at Redbet, Guts Casino and I have to give Mr Green a mention. Although he never used to have a live help facility which I used to think was a major flaw with the site, now I believe they have come back with a massive bang! Their live support is fast, professional and honest. They do what they promise, as I've experienced. Also Unibet deserves a spot in here, live support is bit hard to find the first time, but also high quality customer service.
