Gunsbet withdrawal issue

Has anyone every had an issue with a casino claiming your e-wallet provider are blocking transactions?

I mean I made a 4K withdrawal at Gunsbet casino last week and it was fine. Friday night I made a withdrawal at Bitstarz and the money arrived in my neteller all fine.

I have been trying to withdraw from Gunsbet since saturday and they claim Neteller blocks the transactions, this could be due to limits. I am fully verified, I believe I would not have any limits? Especially with the new year just started I did not gamble this much.

I contacted Neteller, howefver you know that is another 3 days waiting for a response.

Never heard of this particular reason for declining payments but you never know in this industry... 

Guess you have already contacted Neteller, so if they deny you know what to do next.

If you think it's because of limits, can't you test it with a smaller withdrawal first? If that goes through fine then maybe it is becasue of the amount?

Neteller confirmed nothing is wrong with my account. So I played the money away as they not willing to do anything but suggest alternatives like Visa and Pay Safe. So I'm going to close my account

You know last time, I had 10k withdrawal and it took them 2 weeks to pay me. I am now tired. I am going to close my account there.

Last week I made 4K withdrawal, this time it was 3K withdrawal, suddenly I have limits.

@pinnit2015 - Yes they messed around with me before, I opened a complaint.

Did they offer you SKRILL as alternative payment?Or just VISA and Paysafe.

Nah. Skrill not available.. First Direx N. V doing this. Last time they had to add Neteller manually. As there was not a single withdraw option available. 

They keep on doing this bull... Tired of it. That is why I prefer Marathonbet 30 seconds withdrawal.

@Fiekie247You are using ZAR right? Thats why they are not offering SKRILL .Maybe ask them to set your balance to EUR and withdraw on SKRILL.
Just weird tbh that they have NETELLER for ZAR currency and not SKRILL, like why?

Remember for U.K. folks as of next month you’ll need to add a new method to fund any e wallet if your using a Credit Card as it’ll be rejected

Yeah using ZAR, however any other Direx N.V gives me Neteller and Skrill with ZAR currency. Gunsbet the only one who is full of shiit

Oh yeah, I'd forgotten about this being implemented with everything that is going on. It's during April, right?
