I've sent Bovada three emails now over 3 weeks of pictures of my face while holding my ID to get them to verify my account, and every single time I go to the support chat they ask me to send a new one. I've made sure it was the right email I'm sending to. I know an agent added a typo to my birthday and they won't tell me what it is or how to fix it, so they can't use that as a security question. I did put my husband's name as the account name because I thought it was asking for who referred me and I got confused, but I sent a photo of him holding his ID as well. One of the supervisors finally let me withdraw all my money, but he closed the account again too fast and I didn't get to finalize the withdrawal. It feels like they're trying to keep my money and are ignoring my verification photos. They said they'd call me on the phone twice to verify and never did either time. My email is <removed?
  2. NOTE: In my 6 years of online gambling experience this might be my first casino complaint and its because of Lack of communication between Astropay and the casino. Not even my fault. My clean online casino gambling career is ruined. So I requested a cashout from Bitstarz on April 1 of 210 euros. Uploaded all documents and all of them accepted but one. I used Astropay card for deposit and the document which still hasnt been accepted is the one which has card number in history. I was told they have sent that document to Astropay to verify. After 20 hours I recalled my cashout twice and played down to 97. Completely my fault. Between all this I contactef bitstarz thrice and they said Astropay hasnt replied to them in 24 hours. Last night after 48 hours since Bitstarz request to Astropay they still havent gotten a reply. Meanwhile I contacted my Astropay chat and they said they haven received any mail. When i said I am in contact with Astropay and Astropay has asked me what is the mail by which they sent us mail, I said I will ask Bitstarz. Bitstarz chat said he doesnt know email and he said we cant give you our email. Its between us and Astropay. Fair enough. Astropay said we will look for email ourselves and get in touch with Bitstarz. I contacted bitstarz again and they say they havent replied to us in past two days plus today which now makes it 63 hours. Meanwhile Astropay has replied to me on email and even on whatsapp. Now for the hillarious part. When I contacted Bitstarz again I asked them what happens if I cant verify account, they said i will not get my payment. I asked what is the deadline they said we have no time frame. I asked what happens if Astropay never replies. They said we will release payment. I asked what is dealine for waiting. They said we have no time frame. Meanwhile while all this is going on I recorded the entire event of me logging into my Astropay and going to my profile, deposit, address and transaction page and sent this clip to Nick, the casino manager about more than 24 hours. No reply. I uploaded same on chat to agent. He tells me to wait. If things dont workout between Astropay and Bitstarz team is it my fault? What next?
  3. I am really pissed of the way this Stakes casino has treated me. I am not a regular depositor but deposits every now and then. I have been trying to verify my account since last year September, sent numerous emails and talked with different agents, now another agent is telling me I cannot verify until I request a withdrawal? What BS is that? Even on my review on them, the rep assured me they will get in touch and still they have not. AARRRRRGGGGG

  5. I have deposited at this casino 18th of September, I even didn't know i need to go through verification in bitcoin and crypto related casinos. I deposited something around 0.8 Eth or slightly more. First day i won 5 eth and requested cashout where everything this started, they rejected cashout and asked for verification. I sent every document requested, as soon as possible (Actually i have all documents in my PC needed for verification)(See screenshot attached), I can provide messages from there support too(screenshots) but this was what i was told : "verification takes up to 24-48 hrs" (which was ok for me) and then after 48 hrs they told me it was weekends that's why it might take more. After this i was playing more on the weekends and i ended up wining 29.4 Eth in total on my balance + additional unpaid (caused by error in Pragmatic slots. shown in screenshots bellow after this message was coming i'd have to restart page and credits won were not credited to my account) something close to 9.75+3.96 Eth in 3 different disputes. i attach this screenshots too, which is even more doubtful how this is possible to happen at online casino playing slots and not being paid when you win big. Today once again after messaging support they tell me your verification won't go through until we have message from pragmatic (actually i have lost money if not consider this wins shown bellow in those slots all the money on my account is from evolution gaming live roulette and has nothing to do with other issues) During all this time support everyday was telling me everything was ok and you will soon be verified and there are no problems just security review team was not "there" This issues are still ongoing and i'm waiting for response but as it all sounds like a scam to me i wanted to share it here. Please help if that's possible

Hi, I have recently made a withdrawal from my Dunder account to which they wanted ID documents to verify my identity, it seems on sign up I entered the wrong date of birth (17th instead of 25th) will this affect me verifying my account? I have contacted support to which they stated they have added a note on my account saying it was a mistake. Has anyone done this before? Will this be an issue? Thank you
  7. I am about to make a new personal record in waiting for my winnings. The last record was held by Casino Cruise, but Miami Dice are now about to beat that record big time! On march 20. I make a wihdrawal of NOK 10.000 (approx USD1200). Expecing a couple of days for verification and one or two days more to receive the money. My documents was verified yesterday (after I contacted customer service). Checking my account today, the winnings are still pending. Customer service tells me to allow 48 hours for the money to be released and another 3-5 days for them to reach my bank account. Best case scenario 11 days. Worst case two weeks Can anyone explain me why a casino would need 1-2 weeks to verify/pay while others do it in a couple of hours - or even minutes (Bitstarz)? Of course, they want you to cancel your request for withdrawal and hope that you will loose the money! Not very professional, if you ask me. Another thing that I do not like too much - and this is quite embarrassing to share: I had a rather big winning over at Royal Panda (a casino I do like). I requested a $10,000.00 withdrawal.   8. [Posting on behalf of my partner] So...He's recently made a withdrawal and it's probably been over a year now since he's withdrew there so he deposited using a new card. Once he requested a withdrawal BETAT then requested that he verify the two other, old, cards he had on his account, even the one he's never used to deposit. The problem here is that he no longer has those cards, both are old cards which have been replaced. Anyway, I think he's managed to finally overcome that obstacle as BETAT finally got their head around the fact he doesn't have the cards!! Now he's having an issue with his current card. The picture he sent they wouldn't accept because he didn't cover the middle numbers of the card! So I've resent the picture for him and we're awaiting the next reply. My main point in posting this though is this is not the first time we've experienced problems with old cards! I just don't know why some casinos are persistent in verifying cards that don't even exist any more. Anyone else had any similar problems?
  9. Ok, let's talk cash outs and the time they are processed in... Lol and verification of an account I seriously don't get how some casinos can have you verified and funds received in under 10 minutes, yet there's still casinos making you wait up to 72 hours before they pay you! Why? Why can't they get with the times and make their cash out process quicker? Heck even a max of 12 hours would still be pretty awesome! I refuse to play at places that have pending periods and take over 12 hours to pay you. (Seriously don't even get me starte on a pending period hahaha) If all casinos stepped their game up it would be fantastic I reckon! There's nothing more disappointing then stumbling across a casino that ticks all your boxes but then when you read their verification and cash out procedures take a week it's like nope no thanks! Good Promotions i.e a good reward system encompassing ongoing monthly reload bonuses , Reward Points for Cash/Free Spins , and Good promotions in General Ongoing etc . 8 . The Casino should be located in a reputable jurisdiction . 9 . The Casino should be audited and the Return to Player Percentages be Public Knowledge. 10. The terms and conditions should be clear and precise nothing should be hidden and the flexibility of the terms should be friendly to the customer for example lets be realistic forbidden games whilst using a bonus is a bit over the top everything is subject to a random number generator there's no such thing as a sure bet. 11. There should be no limits with payouts if a Casino can accept no limit to deposits it should be the same with withdrawals (within reason I accept that some casino's are structured according their capital base that's acceptable but in perfect world no limits would be good) . 12 . Withdrawals Should be Fast : E-Wallets Instant , Cards 2-3 Business Days , and Bank Withdrawals 3-5 Business Days (Emphasis on "Instant") . 13 . There should be no Pending Times Verification should be a live process and the first withdrawal should not take longer than 5 hours and If pending times exist there should be a manual over ride otherwise is simply a relic of the past and simply delays withdrawals common knowledge. 14 . There should be open communication with reputable gambling forums in regard to player dispute's and mediation , discussion of casino pro's and con's , and etc . 15. In regards to Maximum bet restrictions which I disagree with to begin with as once again everything is a roll of the dice bonus or no bonus chance of loosing it all regardless : it should be technically impossible to exceed the maximum bet or play on a restricted game (which again I disagree with for the aforementioned) . 16. Verification should be simplistic , flexible , and fast 1 hour tops if not faster and should not encompass the need for notarized Material for simple matters when I say simple a million dollar win compared with 10 or 15 grand for example. In a perfect world yes these would be my requirements .
  12. I've just read something really rather interesting actually and I thought I'd share it with you to see what you guys think. What do you guys think of an online casino passport? Licensing authorities would issue players with this passport. You'd need to register and verify yourself just once with each licensing authority for all the jurisdictions you wanted to play in. Once you've passed the checks you'd get given a casino passport for that jurisdiction You would not be able to deposit at any casino without first having this passport. But then once you have it you'd be verified in all casinos in that jurisdiction and wouldn't need to go through the verification procedure when you make a withdrawal. Also if you're a problem gambler you can have your entire passport self excluded! Isn't it a very interesting idea?? I think in black and white it sounds great but I'm pretty sure we'd be presented with a whole other lot of problems if it was implemented. To start with, licensing authorities are usually very hard to communicate with, this is certainly something that would need to change. Whilst I like the idea I don't think it's something that we would ever see happen.
  13. Hi All, Ok, so I have been a fairly responsible online gambler for a good 6 or 7 yers, had some great wins had some losses all in all i enjoy them. Lately I have been a bit concerned that although I agree that casinos have concerns on money Laundering and the likes I think the way they handle their "Account Verification" shuoud maybe be reviewed and possibly changed. I mean, it's only over the last few years that casinos have started to attain to this new submission of Photo ID, bank statements etc. As above I have no quarm with that but not everybody has photo identification (at one point myself) Passport expired etc. I think If an Online Casino's practice is that it will not cash out Winnings unless you submit these documents and have your account verified then "THEY SHOULD DISPLAY THIS CLEARLY ON THEIR WEBSITE" not in smallprint in the terms and conditions. It should be a main, clear section which new users can always see before deciding to play at their casino. I mean, they will take your deposits forever but only when you decide to withdraw they then harass you with producing suitable ID, some are not even accepted due to the Casino's Origin. I feel stronly on this, again as mentioned I think it's a good idea that this is in place but I dont agree they should be able to take your deposits and not ask you to verify, only when you withdraw they then attempt tis and also scrutinise heavily the type of docs you submit. I registered with 10 casinos last week to see how much this is happening. All 10 i took no offers or bonuses so i could test this theory, Deposited £100.00 at each casino. Immediately after wagering around £10.00 I decided to withdraw £90.00. 7 out of the 10 casinos decided they would not cash out until I produced heavy artillery of document and Photo Identification. I then deposited a further £30.00 at each of the casinos that refused to withdraw, which they gladly accepted. I did verify all of the accounts and also withdrew all my money back, some i even come out on top however I do think this law needs to be changed. Even on the adverts on the TV a last section should state that you will not be able to withdraw any winnings until you have verified your account. It will stop those people who have no identification from becoming a victim... Anybody else any views on this? And anybody feel the same way?
