So I saw an email a few days ago about BGO undergoing some changes. New VIP store, new Loyalty program and then today I received this email "The brand-new bgo has launched, Shafiek! I’ve cut all the nonsense that other casinos like to tie you down with, like ‘wagering requirements’. Whatever you win at bgo, you win fair and square – all paid in cash! What’s more, I’ve unleashed The Vault. This is where I’ll now drop new Boost Rewards you can start unlocking just by playing at bgo. And Boosts aren’t the only rewards I’ve pulled out of my sleeve. As you wager, you’ll earn Diamonds to redeem rewards in my new bVIPloyalty Store There’s so much to tell you about, but I’m not going to hold you back any longer. Click below to check it out for yourself." Free spins - No wagering requirements - Now that is something I did not expect at all. I guess I will become a regular on their website from now on.

Hi I recently joined Bgo casino, deposited £50 and played slots for a few hours. I then suddenly found my account locked. It transpired that I had unwittingly opened a duplicate account. Apparently I self-excluded from their site some time ago. I do not recollect doing this but I don't dispute that it happened. I understand that this is a breach of the terms and conditions and I accept that they will not allow me to play on their site. I am of the belief however that given I was playing with no possible way of winning they should refund my deposit of £50, please note I did not lose this money in the time I was allowed to play before the account beIng locked. At this point my balance was approx £130. So this isn't sour grapes. Bgo are refusing to refund the deposit. My argument is that I deposited money with them for them to provide me with a service, a service that they would not provide. In any other situation where a customer pays for something and a vendor cannot fulfil the order, a refund is due. If I ordered something from Amazon and they couldn't fulfil the order, they wouldn't email me to say they don't have the item AND they were keeping my money, they would give a refund. Bgo are stating that they are confiscating the funds to protect me and are doing so in line with Gambling Commission guidelines. I cannot get my head around this being legal. It seems to me that on the face of it this is simply a way for a casino to unscrupulously line their pockets, terms and conditions this and guidelines that. How is it legal? It's not really about they money, I've requested that if they won't refund me they give the £50 charity, I just don't see why Bgo should pocket money that I don't believe is rightly theirs. Has anyone else been in a similar situation?

I made 5 or 6 deposits to BGO using my real details . I had forgot I had opened a account with some months ago and made one deposit of 300 pound. Due to heart failure I am required to take morphine for pain so I rely on chrome to remember my usernames/ passwords. However using the same name , DOB , email address , home address , telephone number another account was opened and I was not informed I had a account all ready . I did not accept any bonus and did not profit from this honest mistake in any way. I made 5 or 6 deposits not once did they tell me . I could of gone on for ever until I had won something. I then nearly won my money back withdraw it and was told in would be in my account in 2 to 4 days. The next day after spending another 2000 pound I looked for the withdrawal and could not find it anywhere. They did not even email me to tell me the money had been confiscated otherwise of course I would not of carried on playing they say for duplicate accounts . But I had to fight all the way to get even this information out of them as my copies of chat will prove. I asked for a name and number that was refused. How is this possible , I followed online guidelines I looked for casinos's with the gambling commission although I admit I have only just seen there truest pilot rating of 2.7 out of ten how is this possible with a national company. I made 1 honest mistake , i was not dishonest and I benefiting nothing for opening a new account. Why would I take the time to fill the new one in when I refused the bonus. These terms and conditions are like playing god and something needs to be done about it. I played with only my money and they have stolen only my money. They will not even talk about returning the deposits to me. Due to my heart failure I have to do everything online as I cannot get out. Not only has the worry affected my health but I have lost confidence in myself and online shopping which I have no choice but to do. Finally the most upsetting is the dishonesty every website online tells you if you forget and try to open a new account , it is not complicated software. The old account at that time I had used only once some months ago , why am I being treated this way. Please help me.

Hi all, Not sure if you guys and gals are aware, but BGO casino has just launched its new site. If you are an existing customer and logged in since the start of the month, you'll also have a nice bonus chip waiting for you like I did! I received $25 free, and while it didn't last long for me, I thought it was a very nice gesture. My first impressions are that they have made a great improvement and added many more slots including Playtech and WMS. They have also reinstated DOA!!! One thing I wasn't to happy about was they removed MG slots, but I don't mind too much, as I'm excited to try the Playtech slots which I haven't played much of before. They have also updated the bonus terms so it's much easier to understand, and now have 35x bonus wagering on all slots which is quite good. There are a few excluded slots from bonuses, and sadly one is DOA, but besides this and a couple others like Victory and Ocean Blue, it looks like all other slots count 100%. I played on mobile, and honestly the slots played probably the smoothest I have experienced on mobile before. One issue I did have was the mobile site automatically logged me out a couple times, but this could just be some early teething problems with the relaunch, so no big deal. I have been a customer at BGO for some time now, and as they were predominantly a bingo site before, the slots side of things were a little lacking. So I'm really happy that this relaunch really looks to have catered for the real casino and slot players, and I'm glad for them. I can also vouch that it is a trusted site, and for a long time I have dealt with their rep Paul, who is an absolute gentleman, and will do anything for his customers. I'm going to send him a link to this thread, so hopefully he'll consider joining us here and meeting all you nice members. So if you're already a member at BGO, check your accounts for a nice bonus, and if you haven't joined yet, I highly recommend you give them a try. They have a great welcome bonus too! Enjoy!

Bgo have confirmed in an E-mail to me that Dead or Alive should be back on the site within next couple of weeks!! So glad as I NEED this game to get me out some sticky situations at times! It may use and abuse you sometimes but other times you can go on with 3quid and have £50+ from one free spin session lets salute DOA for it's bankroll building capabilities !

Anyone been playing at BGO lately? They have the BEAT THE BOSS challenges at the moment. Although I think they are completely pointless. I've completed a few along the way but played there very briefly a few days ago...I received this email YOU'VE COMPLETED CHALLENGES! Hi sharon, I don’t often congratulate players for getting one over on me; but I’ve got to hand it to you, I’m pretty impressed with your performance on my Beat the Boss challenges lately. You’re not doing at all badly either! Yesterday you completed the following challenges: Spin 50 times So the question now is, can you keep up this winning streak? Log in now to try your hand at my next few challenges… and maybe you’ll soon be showing ME who’s Boss?! Not the first time I have received this email...but has anyone actually had anything for doing these challenges?
