  1. It has been over 2 weeks that my account and funds has been denied access. At first they used to send a system generated email saying that they will get back to me after looking into the reason and now since one week they have even stopped responding to my emails. Only a system generated mail appears at times. I have a sizable amount of funds in the account and they just have sidetracked the entire issue as if nothing has ever happened. Unfair. My username in 10bet is <SNIP> I reside in Vancouver Canada.
  2. Yesterday I got an SMS offering me a 100% match bonus at 10Bet, I was bored so thought why not. I deposited £100. I was given another £100 as bonus money. I was doing ok, took it up to £300, then down again, then up again over and over. It got to the point where I got to around £400, I thought I would check to see how much play through I still had to do. I was stunned to see I still had over £5000 to play. Yet their T&C's on their site state 30x meaning my play through should be £3000. I contacted support, they said that if I clicked the link in the SMS there are different terms, sure enough there were, I had to play through 35 x my deposit and bonus! Meaning I would have to wager £7000 before I could withdraw! I thought this was a bit sly! But maybe more fool me for not checking the terms and conditions for every individual offer! Anyway, I managed it, I played through £7000!! I managed to get my winnings to bang on £600. I go to banking. I see I have only got £500 ??? I contact support again, Apparently the £100 initial bonus is not withdrawable !! In my opinion this is so not right! Not sure I will be wanting to use 10Bet again!!! I guess I could say Im lucky, as this is really the only bad experience I have had with a casino. Just hope they pay me my £500 !!

I like 10bet and don't want to cause trouble for them but if I am due 100 dollars, then I want it. Here are the facts. Everything said here is exactly as it happened. I opened account at 10bet I used bonus code ASKMOB from here and got bonus Wager requirement was 25000 I lost my deposit and my bonus. Balance was under a dollar I closed account. While I was playing, that bonus was getting reduced from 25000.
