I just looked under Bonus terms it says: Section 20. "20. Once your bonus money account balance reaches below $0.10, it will automatically convert to cash balance and no further wagering is required." aswell as section 33 33. Winnings from "free spins" or "bonus" features initiated with bonus funds but completed after the bonus has been wagered, lost or forfeited will be removed. Which would make sense if i did bring my balance to under $0.10 which according to my history I never did. I always thought a rep is necessary in forums, however I don't need them to be active all the time. This game is a similar concept to the 'hold and spin' games where you have a grid and have 3 spins and you must land an amount of money and then that gets added to the total. I started playing this game because it wasn't very volatile, the buy price was 250x, the max win was 2500x, and it usually paid a minimum of about 75x back. Where the casino said I 'abused site features': Now, another feature with WazDan slots is the ability to gamble your win on red/black after each game, this is a built in feature of their slots. So if I had a bad win I would try to double or nothing to give me a chance at winning the battle. Now, this would work similar to the Martingale strategy, whereas I had a 50/50 chance (in theory) of getting it right after each buy, so there were times I would lose the coinflip 10 times in a row and be down over $2500, and then there were times I would win multiple times in a row and have a good chance to beat their user. (Still not 100% chance, I would still lose games where they had a decent win). So, after an almost 12 hour rollercoaster of a gambling session, in which I was chatting to their online staff who were having to play against me over and over of whom mentioned nothing wrong at all, I had somehow managed to win around $15k, so I cashed out a good portion of this to which I then had to provide KYC, which I obliged to, and continued to play. However, shortly after my cash-out I was logged out of my account and upon login I was given the message; "Your account is suspended, contact support". So, I contacted support. The message they gave me was this; (Please note, I am unable to retrieve some of conversation as I cannot login and I assume my cache cleared and therefore have no session ID in their chat). - "Hello there! Your account was locked as it is currently pending preview. Please give us some time to review these." - "It shouldn't take too long for the review to be completed". - "There should be an update regarding your account today, it shouldn't take long! Now, I had messaged several times asking and they seemed to just be delaying their response and ignoring me, so I tried to go to sleep despite being stressed out not knowing why I had been suspended nor what would happen to the funds on my account. So I sent one final message asking about my funds and asking if I could withdraw them as I didn't like them being held hostage for no reason, to which I went to bed and awoke to these messages. - "Yes, we are only holding the funds whilst we complete an investigation, we will let you know when this is completed." - "Hello, your account is now permanently disabled for abusing the site's features". Now, I tried to contact them multiple times after this, via their email and via their live-chat, to which they just straight up read my messages and then ignored me. They claim that I 'abused site features', so I visited their terms of service page and read it over and over. There is absolutely nothing I have done that could be deemed as abusive or exploitative. The slot was available to play, it was setup on their bonus battle feature (not every slot is listed) and they played every single buy against me, and also spoke to me during this time. I am still completely confused as to how they feel they had the grounds to actively remove my account and in doing so steal over $6500 of my funds for no reason other than they either didn't like me playing the slot that they had listed or didn't like the fact I had actually managed to win some money back. Conclusion: So, that's the end of my experience with Rollbit. I have since tried to contact their big influencers, such as AyeZee and his staff, however despite them agreeing that nothing I have said seems like an issue, that has not helped me in resolving this issue.
