Well, I actually envy Phil Ivey but seriously he is my ultimate idol. As far as I know he is one of the best poker players who gain success in the largest cash games. Sad to heard what happen to you with this casino. I cannot say if the casino is telling the truth or not because they might have other sister companies. You might just accidentally registered in one of their sister company and claimed a bonus .

I don't think that UKGC is a toothless tiger. They are the one who regulates gambling activities in UK. They can give and revoke license of a casinos.

Did they give you a ticket number for your complaint? Most of the time I just emailed them to update my complaints. They would reply to my email and create an email thread.

Red Stag has also a great customer support never have any problem with them. Other casino has an not to bad or sometimes slow response to their customers. Can't remember all the casino I played with worst customer support, sometimes they wont even bother to send a reply to you.

I don't think NetEnt would update a operating slot. You can only suspect that the casino is doing something with it. Maybe a nasty thing so the chances of winning would be lower.

Once you win enough call it a day and come back tomorrow. Making your self greedy would only result to loses. Also I like the observation that during week days due to few people play at casino their is a small amount of available cash to be won.

Well your right I just get interested with the 350% bonus. I have a friend of mine avail a similar bonus offer but he get scammed that is why a review would be good to know if the casino is legit or not.

Well, I think they are legit one as I've read some reviews for casinoland. I also admire their website because they made it simple but appealing. Not so sure if they existed for years though.

Better find another casino that accept UK players. Another thing is the bonus already expired as mentioned by cocopop. I'm sure you can find better casino here at askgamblers.
