went over to trustpilot to read some reviews, noticed that for the 1 star reviews about half of the reviews are from Brits. People saying they get free spins for giving a good review. If people deposit via visa debit they can't withdraw back to it. Most common complaints seems to be about deposits not getting credited straight away. Gamblers are very impatient when they want to gamble. One customer was made to record a video talking and showing his ID. Some customers said they could not play some games cause they are in the UK.

I have heard many cases of players getting big wins and forgetting to take screenshots cause they get "stunned/shocked" but this is a screenshot contest and not a log contest. maybe your casinos can get you the video of the win tho. if they contact the provider.
