just a reminder that Del Oro casino lost it's AG certificate of trust in February 2025 for being untrustworthy, dishonesty, dubious casino activity. So what makes anyone think a casino like that would submit any honest evidence to LCB and Guru or to anyone and that's even if they can be bothered to responding to complaints or any ADR or mediators.
