did you win on slots?

it has now been nearly 90 hours since that win on 23:04 13/01/24 and not yet resolved.

spoke to them now again and they said that the case has been escalated and will be contacted as soon as there is an update. it has been 42 hours since that win occured. and the live chat refused to credit the win now in bonus or cash cause it's another department investigating it.

I have and they said they will "investigate" it.
