  1. Hi guys, Sorry for a slow reply here, having the day off I'm not sure what other casinos you have been playing at, but it's pretty much standard procedure to ask for ID and copy of cards used upon withdrawal. Although I understand it's not the most fun thing to do, it is part of a standard KYC process. If you are not OK with providing ID and copy of the cards, it's understandable, but that means BitStarz is not the right place for you as we need it as a part of our license obligations. We'd essentially be breaking the law if we allowed you to withdraw without the standard KYC being done. I can assure you that even though this might be inconvenient, your documents are safe and sound with us, and we do our best to verify with lightning speed so you can have hassle free withdrawals going forward. In case you have any questions, just reach out to me. Olle
  2. Yo! Glad you appreciate them We try to add more providers constantly, and when we discuss which providers to bring on-board, crypto is a factor that weighs very heavily on that decision : ) On top of that we push existing providers that do not accept crypto to start doing so : ) So yeah, it's an ongoing process constantly believe me. Olle
  3. Hi man! That shouldn't be a problem. Let me check and get back to you asap : ) I agree, 2 dollars is a bit steep for a minimum bet. Olle
  4. Hi there, Not sure if you're only interested in Reload Bonuses, but we also offer Wednesday Free Spins, Free Spins Drops, Second Chance Spins, Friday Loyalty Bonus, Level-up Promos, Table Wars, Slot Wars, Rook's Double Cash, all on a weekly basis. So hopefully you can find another promo in there you like : ) Olle
  5. If you continue to have problems, you're always welcome to us at BitStarz : )
  6. Hi @Seven7n7, Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us, but just as @cocopop3011 mentioned, you have to use the special link on the review page. If someone is running into some issue with BitStarz, I'm always happy to help, but in this case, it involved following a certain procedure through AskGamblers, that is a bit out of the BitStarz control as far as experience goes. If you have any issues regarding anything happening whilst playing at BitStarz or any questions, I'm happy to answer here or in a PM. Best of luck at Syndicate Casino if that's your casino of choice, but we're of course very happy to welcome you at BitStarz as well if you haven't tried us already : ) Olle
  7. You're pointing out a lot of valid things there, @pinnit2015. I understand the perhaps bigger casinos and casinos aspiring for growth that will please shareholders (especially if you're publicly traded), that those casinos wish to enter regulated market for long-term stability. With that said, UK is one of the most saturated gambling market with a long tradition of gambling, which makes it very hard as a new brand to make it over there, I mean, there's plenty of casinos who's been trying to throw money at establishing a brand over there and lost millions of pounds. I know for example LeoVegas has to grind, and spend an insane amount of money over time to get a foot in the door (I was never in favor of it when I was working there). On top of that, as you pointed out, we have to adapt to the UKGC rules, pay tax, and be worried about making a single mistake to avoid getting slapped with a massive fine (that they love to hand out). We love our UK friends (and sh*t, I'm a citizen), but unfortunately, it doesn't make sense for us to venture into the UK market at this time. Sorry for being a negative Nancy, but I'm just trying to tell it as it is (from a casino operator perspective). Olle
  8. Hi man! I'm sorry as far as I know we don't have any plans on accepting UK players. That would, of course, mean we have to acquire the UKGC Licence. We could of course, but that also means we gotta limit ourselves a bit, and I'm not sure how they look at crypto, and we don't wanna break the rules over there. As much as I would like as many people as possible to play at BitStarz, I don't see UK players being eligible to play in the foreseeable (sorry to be the bringer of bad news, but just want to be honest). Olle
  9. I'm sorry Freeshmon, we do not accept US players
  10. Excellent that you pointed that out, Fiekie247. We're trying to make it as clear as possible what the minimum deposit is, as our payments processor doesn't process lower amounts than the ones stated on the deposit page. If lower amounts are deposited, it doesn't even reach us at BitStarz, so neither the player nor us wins in that case. So just so emphasize what Fiekie247 already pointed out, please don't deposit lower than the minimum deposit limit : ) Happy Halloween everyone, Olle
  11. Hi guys, From our end, we'd love to offer the games to everyone in the World, but unfortunately, the game providers do not agree. They can restrict access to the games for a variety of reasons, including license, currency, location, etc, and unfortunately it's very little we can do to circumnavigate that. For all the crypto guys out there, the best way to get maximum game access would be to use our conversion option, where you select a FIAT currency such as EUR or USD, go to "Deposit" and choose Bitcoin as the payment option. You'll find a BTC address there where you can send Bitcoin, and it will automatically convert to that particular FIAT upon deposit, which allows you to play a bigger range of games. We try to persuade our various game provider friends to adopt crypto, but some of them are not super happy with that. My very uneducated opinion as to for example NetEnt not offering it is due to them being a publicly-traded company and are afraid of she pseudo-anonymous aspect of crypto. Then again, Evolution is not complaining Olle
  12. Hi Fiekie! Mr Pinnit just answered the question actually : ) So, to give a brief background. Direx NV offers its platform to a lot of casinos and when I say platform, that includes the game providers on offer, payment options, etc. When it comes to everything else, such as the various promotions, customer support, speed of withdrawal, game limits, verification of documents, etc, that's individual depending on the casino (and where we as a casino have an opportunity to stand out from the rest). As we have access to the same games and payment methods, it leaves service, bonuses, speed, etc, down to the individual operator. We're of course very proud of our fast verification speed and cashouts, and it comes down to us probably hiring a lot more support staff to be able to offer fast cashouts, fast verification and also access to support 24/7 with enough extra staff to ensure our loyal players are close to never in any queue. All other brands on the Direx NV platform are competitors to BitStarz, and we don't know them personally nor do we share any profits or anything with them, they're completely separate companies : ) I hope that makes sense : ) Olle Edit: A decent parallel might be one of those modular houses you can buy. You get the basic foundation of the house (Direx) and it's up to you to install custom details and decorate the place (BitStarz).
  13. Hi guys, Thanks so much for the kind words, I really appreciate that, just so you know There are always two sides to every story, and as long as both we (the casino) and the player can fully share our perspectives with the community, that's the most important thing. At the end of the day, we might disagree with each other, but at least we get the opportunity to fully share our arguments and hopefully learn something in the process. Anyone is more than welcome to reach out in a PM as well in case you guys have any questions about BitStarz, but I'm also happy to share my perspective about online casino things in general. So if you want an honest reply from someone who's been around long enough to see quite a few things, I'm very happy to give my five cents. Maybe we can do some Q/A or Mythbusters, Casino Style : ) Have a great week, guys. Olle
  14. Hi there, We wouldn't close anyone's account just because you had an account on another Direx N.V whitelabel, so there's gotta be something else to the story here. I managed to find your account at BitStarz, and your account is not closed. What you were denied though was the no deposit bonus offer as it has been used on the same IP as you are using. As we're quite strict with one welcome bonus per IP, unfortunately, you were not able to claim this one. We also mentioned this in the chat you had with our customer support, and there was no mentioning of you using an account on some other site linked to us. Also, the operators behind BitStarz doesn't have any other casino, so outside of BitStarz, we have no idea where else you enjoy playing : ) Must have been some misunderstanding. Olle
  15. Hi Mimi72, I'm not sure if you know, but the casino has no way of influencing the outcome of the games. So we cannot press a button after 2-3 wins and make sure you don't win again this doesn't just go for BitStarz, but all licensed casinos out there. I mean if that was the case, I don't think we would have the 2.4 million winner back in May, and many other happy BitStarz winners over the 5 years we've run the casino : ) Olle
  16. Hi guys! So, to answer your question. We do have NetEnt and Microgaming, but as someone already mentioned here, it depends on your region and also your currency. These guys are unfortunately a bit conservative and do not offer cryptocurrencies (at least NetEnt but I think it's the same with Microgaming). Thankfully, we do offer you the possibility of making deposits to your EUR account with BTC. To do so, you just have to select EUR (or USD) as currency and go to "Deposit" once logged in to your profile. There you'll find a Bitcoin payment option with an address. All you gotta do is send the relevant amount you want to deposit to that address. It's important you don't deposit below the minimum deposit level, so just take note of that : ) Any other questions, just hit me up! Olle
  17. Hi there, I can't speak for Direx, but I can speak on behalf of BitStarz. I'm sorry about the issues with Ecopayz, and I know as a player, being able to withdraw the money quickly is absolutely vital. That's why we have an average cashout time of 10 minutes that we hold very sacred. When it comes to pretty much anything in this world, systems can fail. Your internet can go down, your card can stop working, etc, and as much as I'd love to be in a perfect world where everything works flawlessly every time, I'm sad to say its very hard to ensure that. When a payment option goes down, we try our very best to ensure that it's up to speed as soon as possible, and if it would be the case where you had winnings in your account that you'd be afraid you'd gamble away until it gets sorted, I recommend putting a wager limit on your account, or simply ask one of the guys in support to disable your account until the payment option works again, just to ensure you don't gamble away your hard earned winnings Glad everything is sorted and wish you all the best at BitStarz or whatever casino you choose to enjoy the games at Also, have a good weekend. Olle BitStarz
  18. Hi guys, No worries, as I feel I have nothing to be ashamed of, I don't like to hide, it's Olle from BitStarz here in case you wondered In regards to the above conversation, I don't mind you posting it at all, but I'd like to add to the above for reference, that Mr.Kaptein has a long history of blackmail and harassment at BitStarz, particularly when he doesn't get what he wants. Still though, we haven't treated him any differently. I think any reasonable person can agree that getting bonuses on top of any official stated offer in a casino is no human right. You're entitled to what is mentioned on the website, and any personalized offer you might have been offered. But coming to the chat and being denied a bonus is nothing that you can use against a casino. You've never been denied any of the official promotions at BitStarz, and on top of that, you've gotten plenty of offers via chat, almost every day, the most recent one was yesterday, when you deposited around 60 EUR and got 120 free spins from us. So saying that we're somehow neglecting you is just ridiculous, and I think you know that too deep down. I mean, I don't like to out here how much a player deposits but you also claimed you made 8 deposits in one day, but not how much they totalled, and depositing in crypto, these deposits can go under 5 EUR per deposit. Just throwing that out there and the readers can do some math. The great thing about casino today is that there are many casinos to choose from, and you can choose whichever casino you want. However, you still keep playing at BitStarz, so this illogical paradox makes very little sense to me, since you claim you're being so mistreated. Kindest Regards, Olle
  19. Hi again, Thanks for getting back to us here. I hear you, however, as you might understand, I can't deny or confirm any personal activity on your account, but on top of my head, I don't think your deposit was of $100. Also, correct me if I'm wrong, didn't we in the end cashout the full amount you requested in the end? But I see your point with higher amounts being at a higher risk just for the sheer magnitude, but we would have to draw the line somewhere anyway. To your second question, yes, it's equally enforced among all players. Doesn't have to do anything with time. Regards, Olle
  20. Hi GlobalGamer, Don't get me wrong, I understand where you're coming from here, and I have to start off by apologizing for a slow reply. As some people already pointed out here, the reason for it being in place is to prevent money laundering in the form of a quick deposit and withdraw. As a casino to strive to offer the fastest withdrawal process, this is also something that is a sore thumb for us, but at some point, we have to find the security/speed equilibrium, if you will. You also mention a Jackpot scenario, which I don't see would be that affected by a 3x wagering on a deposit. If it was a 3x on the jackpot amount in other hand, that would be a total nightmare. But if you deposit 100 USD and win a 6 million dollar jackpot, and only have to wager 300 USD to get it out, in my opinion it's not terrible. I'm not going to be the guy who sit here with a bunch of empty words and BS, so let me cut to the chase here. We have it in place for ML prevention. We're not deliberately trying to interfere with our players and their gaming activity, if you feel like 3x is too much and have another casino that has lower, and that being the deciding factor for you to make the switch, then I wish you all the best of luck at that other casino, and I sincerely mean that. On the other hand, if you feel like BitStarz is a place that has been good to you in the past (as you've been a long regular player), both in terms of service and rewards, and you can for that reason look past this 3x thing, we'd be delighted to have you back. Regards, Olle
  21. Hi there, I'm quite confused here once more, we do not ask for and have never asked for your login details to your bank. Are you using a PC or a Mac? I'd be happy to give you instructions how to make a prinscreen, but kindly note that a quick google search also could solve that very quickly Olle
  22. Hi there, Welcome to BitStarz first of all! I'm not entirely sure what page you're on here, but we are not asking and have never asked anyone for username and password for your bank, so perhaps you're misinterpreting something here. We do ask for you to fill in your player profile, but that has nothing to do with your bank credentials in any way. Perhaps you want to PM a screenshot to me with what screen you're on so I can help you further, alternatively, give support a ping via live chat, they're available 24/7 Kindest Regards, Olle, BitStarz
  23. Hi Gamaliel, Sorry for the slow reply! Actually it's already being integrated so shouldn't take long until we have it. We'll be running it though Accentpay Kind Regards, Olle
