Yep.. I finally received my withdrawal from Winward Casino. You're right, they are thieves and very slow to pay. It took 4 weeks and I withdrew $500 and they deposited $398.47 and no explanation for the $103 charge for a bank wire. I wrote them again today to ask what the charge was for. Amazing and True facts about the legalities in casino gambling. I must admit, scary at the same time. I am a newbie and trying hard to avoid such conflicts but unfortunately, I did get an issue a week ago based on the same issues and warnings you gave. The only disappointing issue is because these casinos are located in jurisdictions in the Carribean or elsewhere there really is nothing we can do to fight the cause and on-line casinos can basically do what they want deciding not to pay out on ridiculous reasons. I find it's all good to get great deposit bonuses and that one sounds like a fair deal given you can win and withdraw but I 'm still really curious to find a casino who deposits quickly into our accounts. I'm having a heck of a time now with Winward and I won the money fair and square. They were my best casino as well till now I am starting to see a pattern of delay tactics. Matter of fact they just sent me another email today which resembles the same email which is posted on the ask gamblers complaint site for Winward about saying that every once in awhile they go through audits twice a year and I was picked as one to investigate. See, I knew it was too good to be true. Deposited $45 on January 16th and won $900 so I withdrew. They claimed you get your money in less than a week and it's now delayed till next Monday so they can complete their " verification". THAT IS WHAT I AM CAUTIOUS ABOUT WITH ALL THESE CASINOS BUT I'M NEW AT THIS AND I'M LEARNING QUICKLY. :}

Coco, I'm happy to hear that cause I've been playing on-line casinos now for about a month and I tried so many. I'm starting to believe that many casinos, after reading so many complaints on some), that there are so many dishonest ones that simply take but don't pay. I apologize for the remark but the actual casino I played were all the ones recommended by askgamblers and many of the reviews were nothing close to how the actual casino operated but again, things change all the time. A good recommended casino can become rotten quickly. Doesn't seem to matter if you write a bad review because they seem to open under a new name and they are all part of the same groups. Would be beneficial to all if askgamblers could put out a list of the groups and affiliated casinos so if there are re-occurring issues than gamblers can verify to not sign-up to one of their affiliates. Well, I started the thread and was curious about the raving of this casino but after playing for a little while now, I found that slotjoint doesn't really give too much and I played the same games on Kodiak and others which payed lot more often than this one. So I don't believe I'll be back to play slotjoint myself either. I also don't like that they offered some bonuses when depositing and the terms werenot good and the bonuses were real slow to activate. I had lost my deposits and still the bonus matches were not redeemed still. Think I'll go elsewhere. I came because I read some good reviews but now it seems like the reviews are made by supporters and not players Employees maybe ? Who knows.

Well, I'm so new a this but I read that most of you say that 24 hours is the norm ? I haven't seen that yet. Maybe I'm playing the wrong casinos .? after reading through askgamblers site of complaints, it's now scary that there are so many complaints out there. I played on Palace of Chance, got a $50 free chip. Won about $300 us, fulfilled their playthrough at 30X. They withdrew $195 in order to complete the fulfillment and left me with a balance of $99, (just $1 under the allowable withdrawal amount), and so I contacted them on cat and asked what I needed to do to withdraw. Wow, they asked for all these documents, (same as I read other do), don't know why though.?? Old bills, photo id etc etc and told me it would take about 15 business days.
